I'd agree he's not the Torres of Liverpool, but this is definitely by far the best form i have ever seen him in since he signed. Those commentators tonight were talking like they wanted to give him one, they always are.

Everton aren't strong enough to make top four. Spurs are average without Bale and Arsenal are too inconsistent. I think we will make it.

I assumed Ba would be cos Torres played on Thursday and Rafa rotates.

Read that he's starting tomorrow. Is Ba injured cos i assumed since Torres played the full 90 on Thursday that Ba would be starting at Wembley. His goal got us there aswell.

This is the problem we have though. Torres refuses to be back up, he said so last May. If he can't be the main man, he wants to leave. I know Ba has come in, but Torres is still our main guy in Europe.

Dunno what to make of Torres. I just don't. It's like he gets our hopes up and then shoots them down again.

Most people think it was a bad investment though, u have to look at it from the view that Liverpool only paid 20 million for him and got 81 goals in three seasons, we paid nearly three times that and only got a fraction of that goal return. So far, anyway. I think he'll get one or two tonight though. He loves scoring in the cups.

I have no idea how United have blitzed the title this season. I ask myself every time i watch how average they are.

Does everyone just assume the title race is between United and City every season? Mancini saying they'll win it back next season. I realise we have to get this season sorted first but who's to say we can't mount a challenge next season? Especially if we get Jose back.

Yes, that's where i was sat for yesterday's game, MHL. We were singing his name cos of how much the game changed in the second half when he came on. He seems to be making more of an effort now and i love the guy but it seems to be too little too late, he enjoyed a great end to last season too. If he could be brilliant all season then maybe we'd all love him to stay. I'd love him to stay, but it's no good if the team is suffering and the club can't move forward. Yes a player needs to sign a contract with a new club but i suppose this one would come down to pride. If we wanted to sell a player, and he doesn't want to go, we can simply let him rot in the reserves. Sounds bad but we can, so it comes down to how badly the player wants to stay or if he'd rather be actually doing what he's paid for, which is playing first team football at a great club.

Well no offence, but i have to disagree with this statement for a start. If a club decides to sell a player, it makes no odds whether the player wants to stay or not. It's commonly reported that Carroll was very reluctant to leave Newcastle for Liverpool and i don't think Berbatov was too happy about leaving United. If we decide not to offer Frank a new contract and he leaves this summer u can bet ur backside it isn't cos he wants to go.

Mate i don't think contracts mean much to him. He was contracted to Liverpool until 2014. Look how that worked out.

Europa League is a chance to win back to back European trophies which i don't think has been done- but i'd prefer the FA Cup.
