  1. To be honest, who is going to offer him more money than us? United/City don't need him, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal won't offer him more, and hes certainly not Real/Barca bound. So unless a top Serie A club wants him, I don't know what hes playing at?
  2. I think he would have been a great buy for us, shame if his greediness stops a move...
  3. I don't think Roman completely has a heart of stone, I think this whole debacle with sacking RDM and bringing in Rafa may have increased the chances of him asking Jose to come back. He'll have seen how upset the fans are and I do think he'd want to make it up to everyone and become popular again by bringing Jose back.
  4. Hopefully it means Torres has a new best friend:
  5. Demba Ba, master of disguise, upon realizing he will still be below Torres in the striking order, has adjusted his look in the hopes of fooling the fat one into giving him match time.
  6. Since your return to the Premier League you have made two significant contributions 1) Being the only team that Torres has been able to score a hatrick against in a Chelsea shirt 2) Losing a 2-1 lead in the final 2 minutes of the season to lose 3-2 and give City the title You R's fans must be delighted that your sh*te insignificant team has been part of such historical footballing moments?
  7. Delighted to hear he's playing so well! He's not going to be getting much game time if he comes back now, so it would make sense for him to go back. That being said, we are Chelsea.
  8. Might not be a good idea to upset Atletico if we still want to pick up Falcao later
  9. you're right, it was a far better idea to needlessly take a risk on a player that dived into 4-5 challenges after already being on a yellow, better to have 10 men than 11 men with 1 of them being tired right?
  10. Don't think i've ever seen such a once sided MOTM poll!
  11. I wish we weren't playing them until later in the season so we really could rub relegation in their faces, but the least we can do here is thrash them and really ruin their goal difference, incase its important come the end of the season. It's going to be a glorious day when QPR f**k off back to the lower leagues where they belong, and all those expensive has-beens they bought leave in swarms.
  12. Once we get rid of Malouda come the end of the season, who I assume is on a ridiculously large pay packet, surely that can free up funds to keep Lamps on.
  13. He hasn't had problems with his knees for at least 18 months, maybe long term it will mean his career is cut short, but if we can get even one and a half good seasons out of him, that could very easily amount to 50 goals if hes playing a lot of football. And he better be playing first team football! I really hope we aren't buying a quality striker like Ba just to have him sit on the bench and watch Torres flop around the pitch. That being said, his time at the ACON could make it harder for him to fit into the team anytime soon.
  14. I'm sure there could be some amusing answers given by QPR fans
  15. The hero once again, is he 10 goals off equaling the record now?
  16. Seriously what the hell was Rafa playing at, bringing off Mata and Hazard instead of Luiz who was a red card waiting to happen.
  17. Ba, Walcott, Fellaini AND Falcao? AND torres gone? Christmas surely came around quickly again.
  18. With mazacar playing in behind, for all we know a capable striker could be banging in goals for fun. I reckon Ba could score a lot of goals for us, he may even do so well that we don't need to get Falcao or an expensive replacement, and then pick up Walcott in the summer for free when his contract expires, and we're good to go without breaking the bank.
  19. Good stuff, I think this is probably the best thing we could do with Falcao not moving until the summer.
  20. Agreed, Hazard needs to step the f**k up for that woeful pass that put us behind.
  21. Is it just me or has Cole not been attacking anywhere near as much this season as he has in the past decade or so, you rarely see him get up and help Hazard compared to Dave who is always up there. Dunno if thats him or if Rafa has told him not too? Doesn't make sense when Everton's right side is probably their weakest point, and their left is probably their strongest, Cole and Hazard should be seeing a lot more possession.
  22. Really entertaining half of football from both sides, Ramires had been the worst player on the field until that cross, i'd still want to get Oscar or Moses on ASAP.
  23. Imagine putting Iva back to right back, playing Cahill/JT at CB, and Luiz in front of them. With Mata taking corners and free kicks, we'd smash the set piece goals in a season records by a country mile.
  24. But who will get dropped when JT comes back? Iva? Cahill? Dave?
  25. He's a good player and apparantley Falcao has said he's not leaving until the summer, and we need to pick up someone because we currently have 1 first team striker.
