Following our nearest and dearest rivals
I got 32, only major one i couldn't figure out was argentina, I tried aguero/di maria/tevez/mascherano and then just gave up. Next biggest one i couldn't guess wasn't until Serbia, annoyed I missed two chelsea players though (Crespo/Mutu). edit: I put Santa Cruz in and it didn't work =.=

Summer 2012 signing that has performed best so far?
That is possibly the most ill-informed nonsense i've ever read in my life. Typical American having no idea what he's talking about (no offence to any Yanks on here), but he's probably watched him play 1 match (if that) and decided he's a complete flop based on a single bad performance. He would have been better off reading up on what the English pundits have been saying and just copying them, or even if he'd bothered to have a look at his appearance stats this season, he'd see he was a first team player for the majority of the games that RDM was in charge. Also to say that Mata and Hazard are very similar shows he really has no clue about football in the slightest.

Chelsea FC - How did it start for you?
Living around near Luton/Milton Keynes sort of area when i was young in the 90's, most of the kids around my age were supporters of either United, Arsenal or Liverpool. My next door neighbor was an avid United fan, and infact gave me a Peter Schmeichel jersey that he'd grown out of (this was when I was around 6). There's even a picture of me as a small kid wearing it around. Still, I didn't really want to support one of those 3 clubs as everyone else did, and seeing as my favorite color as a child was blue, I began calling myself a fan of Chelsea. Can't say I really got into football that much (come from a family of rugby fans) for a few years, the earliest match I remember watching on TV is the 2000 FA Cup final, when I would have been about 8. I'll never forget being amazed at RDM's goal and I was in love with the club ever since. My family didn't have the money to regularly take me to games while we lived in England, and it ended up being a once a year thing around my birthday (usually in late April or early May). We moved to Australia in 2006 and I haven't been able to attend a Chelsea game since, but I haven't missed a Chelsea game for 3 or 4 years now, usually having to stay up all night to watch them, or for midweek games, having to get up at 5am, cheering them on in my blanket with my cup of tea by my lonesome in the dark.

I can tell you're going to become popular around these parts already.

Norwich vs Chelsea (PL) 26/12/12 KO: 15:00 GMT
We beat them 5-1 earlier on in the season didn't we?

Players On loan
will probably end up at QPR then

The Frank Lampard goal scoring record thread
If he's given at least one more season he should be able to break the record, unless he's out with a long time with injury If he does become our highest ever scorer, I'd think thats exactly what he'll be remembered for. He's also second on the all-time EPL assists, behind Giggs.

Sturridge Transfer
Do you think he'll be applauded when he comes to the Bridge with Liverpool?

A true blue from 6000 miles away
Welcome to the site mate, can't help you out much with the games as i'm all the way in Australia, but good luck!

Bosingwa Fined 100,000 Pounds for Refusing to Sit on QPR Bench
I think he's certainly good enough to play for QPR, and he did have some outstanding performances last season, especially late last season when we had virtually no available defenders and he had to take a lot of the responsibility.

Norwich vs Chelsea (PL) 26/12/12 KO: 15:00 GMT
Fellaini will be suspended for our game against them which will be massive for us. As for this game, confidence should be high after the 8-0 and i expect a fairly straightforward win.

The Frank Lampard goal scoring record thread
In all competition: Form with Lampard this season: 10 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses. Form without Lampard this season: 5 wins, 3 draws, 6 losses. Give this man a contract already. edit: I didn't realise his goal today made him our record scorer in top flight competition, thats the most important record of all in my opinion. Congratulations Frank!

Players On loan
Lukaku & KDB i'd expect to, because of the money we've shipped out for them. The rest are anyone's guess, especially Essien, i've got no idea what we're gonna do with him.

The Fear
If we win all our remaining games of the season 8-0... ...Then i would accept him taking up a permanent role as waiter in the stadium restaurant.

Sturridge Transfer
I hope we treat Piazon better than we have Sturridge

Is that Zenden next to JT? If so why isn't he sitting next to Rafa, not important enough or what? lol

Just thought i'd point out, our goal difference is now the same as United & City's (with a game in hand) :D

Bosingwa Fined 100,000 Pounds for Refusing to Sit on QPR Bench
^Exactly, if i were a sports journalist in the room when he's doing that interview, i'd be pointing said things out. The way the media and FA are scared of him is ridiculous.

Bosingwa Fined 100,000 Pounds for Refusing to Sit on QPR Bench
I've gotta say, this just makes me love him even more. In other news, Fergie having another moan about a ref which will presumably lead to no consequences for him, however will probably result in said referee being dropped from EPL games for a few months. How he continues to get away with this sort of banter is astonishing. Classless git as always, complete overreaction as well, saying he could have been killed by getting kicked in the head by a modern football, ridiculous.

MOTM vs Villa
Not to detract from his performance which was on the whole brilliant, but the one major mistake that was made all night (excluding the penalty miss) was Luiz being careless walking with the ball, allowing a Villa player to run up from behind him and nick it off him, which led to Villa's only chance of the evening (where Cech tipped it onto the bar). Obviously in the context of the game its not important and he overall played very well, but he's still gotta work on his concentration.

MOTM vs Villa
Impossible to pick one player when we had 8 goals and 7 different scorers, originally i was thinking Torres but we continued to play so well after he got subbed, that it would have to be between hazard and mata. Will go for Hazard though.
