West Ham v Chelsea (PL) 02/12/2012 KO 12:45 GMT
It's being reported that Oscar will not start as he will be rested to allow Moses playing time. So my best guess as of now: Cech Azpi - Ivanovic - Cahill - Cole Mikel - Ramires/Romeu Moses - Mata - Hazard Torres I'd expect to see Hazard taken off for Marin near the 65th minute mark.

I'd take just about anything at this point...the sad thing is that even with these two 0-0 draws and thanks to WBA losing we've actually gone up in the table...

Atleast Torres can score in training sessions...went and scored a bicycle kick. Maybe he should save some of these goals for games..

West Ham v Chelsea (PL) 02/12/2012 KO 12:45 GMT
Chelsea have faced Sam Allardyce managed sides on 18 occasions having won 11 and drawn 6 in all competitions Chelsea have gone 22 games without defeat when Martin Atkinson has officiated from 23 games in total. Just 6.186% of all West Ham vs Chelsea games have finished 0-0 (home & away and in all comps). Torres opened his Chelsea account against West Ham and has scored 6 in 6 games against them, his best against any club. The Blues have won 8 (80%), drawn 2 (20%) of the previous 10 matches against West Ham. Scoring 23 to 5 in the process All the "Fun Stats" make me feel good about this game, yet I can't shake the bad feeling...

Which is where all the doubt about a "sprinting" coach etc. comes from...he lost pace after his injuries from Liverpool into the World Cup...but then lost MORE pace after coming to the Bridge...

EPL Stats twitter account: "38% of Chelseas goals this season have come from headers but West Ham are the only team yet to concede a headed goal this season"

Well unfortunately when management thinks 2 ST's is enough to compete for winning the league, you have to "settle" until the next transfer window opens to fix the problem.

A belated hello!
Hello all, My name is Ben and I am from Kansas over in the States. Some of you might have already seen me around the forums posting as I sort of missed this whole introduction on myself. I have posted a bit about myself on one topic so thought I'd repost here! I grew up in America and my best friends family is from London. His father grew up right down the street from the Bridge and I fell in love with Chelsea because of his family. Coming from a traditional American family, I grew up with "American" football, basketball and baseball in my life and I have a favorite team in each...but NONE of them come close to my affection I have for Chelsea. I've been blessed enough to get to attend a game at the Bridge with that family and the atmosphere is something that I have never felt at ANY other sporting venue here in the States...I'd be willing to move to England and never set foot in America again if it meant I could be a season ticket holder for the rest of my life. Good day to you all and Keep the Blue Flag Flying High!

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
I understand people wanting Torres out but getting mad because he is currently starting is pointless..especially as of late. Constantly I read: "I'm done with it, GET RID OF HIM." Sturridge is hurt, Moses isn't a viable option, the false 9 with Hazard failed miserably...and last time I checked it isn't January yet. We are going to have to ride this one out. So lets do less of this --> And more of this -->

Because the one game we tried a false 9 we got pounded 0-3 by Juve...

Is it possible to switch football teams?
It really is a crazy thing...I grew up in America and my best friends family is from London. There are some things in life that we just will never understand why we feel so passionately about them, it's just in our blood!

Brede Hangeland, Simon Davies, Alex Kacaniklic, Bryan Ruiz and Kieran Richardson all unavailable/unfit for Fulham.

How about we all agree that they both have been bad, and so has the rest of our team as of late.

Chelsea v Fulham, Wednesday November 28th
It is being reported that Mikel will more than likely be replaced by Romeu. (Perhaps a good idea to start giving him minutes considering Mikel might face a few games suspension over the Clattenburg case/locker room incident...) Also, I agree that Marin won't start but I really do expect him to see minutes either tonight or against West Ham as Rafa said he has been training well.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
I personally like Torres, but that doesn't mean I haven't been fed up with him...so just out of curiousity, If Torres comes out today and scores a hattrick (I don't see this happening), would everything still be his fault? He'd only be 3 goals off the league leader for the Golden Boot? Would we all suddenly jump for joy and love the man that I have seen berated and ridiculed for this entire campaign so far?

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Yet again Rafa with more jibberish... “He’s not exactly the same player now because he was at maximum level at that time [at Liverpool],” said Benitez while preparing for tonight’s visit of Fulham. “But I think he can come back. How close? I don’t know. It depends on the rest of the team. I’m sure he can improve – but the team has to help him. The first thing is to give him some confidence and instructions as to how he can do things in a different way, and improve him a little bit physically." I don't understand how Torres regaining form is going to "depend on the rest of the team." Last I knew form was about your individual skill and fitness. I promise you that even if they players don't say it, quotes like this aren't helping him make friends in a locker room that I feel still is partial towards RDM.

Clattenberg cleared
http://www.chelseafc.com/news-article/article/2993363/title/joint-statement-from-chelsea-fc,-the-premier-league-and-pgmol Joint statement released. Hopefully this will help to clear our name as a club who attempts to "smear" officials names.

FIFA 13 and PES 2013
I've always considered myself an above average FIFA player, but then '13 was a whole new style for me. What I've adapted to was running defensive(1 click left on d-pad if you're on xbox) and running counter attack quick tactics (up, down on d-pad I think?) Just make sure you don't charge up with your centre backs, I think EA based their backs playstyle on Luiz's charge forward and forget to come back method lol.
