If lamps wants to play for England then realistally that won't happen playing in the mls or other league of a lower standard than the epl. If he goes to club like psg then he could still face the prospect of not playing every week as they have big ambitions and a cheque book to match so could easily buy in other players after he signed for them that get the nod ahead of him. He should definitely get another contract but in the end I think it will all come down to how much he wants and how much the club are willing to pay.
