maybe that red card could be just what terry needed. they say you dont miss someone till they arent there, well weve certainly missed him lately as i believe we wouldnt have shipped the late headers v fulham and southend if he had been on the pitch. hopefully he will return fit and ready to get us going again. we need him on the pitch getting some of theses players arses in gear.

He has probably done more training rather than less training. When players are out suspended they get rested less than the players who will be playing (unless there is a specific reason to rest them which could be case with JT)

i reckon he's been carrying the odd knock, nothing serious, just enough to get a good rest over the xmas period down a few more beers than usual and just relax, well hopefully thats what he's done

I bet he's absolutely desperate to just get out there and play. And he's coming back to face ManU so he sure as hell should be fired up. Cole, Terry, Carvalho and Bosingwa at the back sounds good to me AND we have our captain back.

good point Mak, we need our captain back, he pushes the team on and leads by example, it should make a huge difference.
