He is not that bad of a player, just not got a fair chance to prove himself after Jose left us. He would have contributed more than Drogba this season had he stayed. However I agree right now it's better to cut him loose, especially we are short of cash.

Well he's on loan, so if we can't sell him then we should certainly entertain the idea of using him as reinforcement. However, his record in other leagues might make him want to stay away from the Prem and play in a league that llows him to play and score

Agree with Scott. If its between giving him away for nothing and using him as backup, bring him back just in case. He was terrible the first time around, but if he can play some garbage minutes here and there it will at least take a bit of strain off the starters
