Which program should I get?

You need to download Sopcast (click on link on this page http://www.myp2p.eu/software.php?part=software just under where it says Clients.

Install the software

then click on the link I provided above and scroll down the page to where it says Setanta US. 3rd optin under that says Sopcast - click on the 'Play' link to the right of that and Sopcast should open up and load the channel - might take a few minutes.
