Hello, Hello...

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone.

Shed End ST holder, just joined this site.

I'm 36 years old, originally from Bedford, but moved to Wiltshire 8 years ago. First game was Cambridge Away in 1981 (Lost 0-1) and have been attending The Bridge regularly since then.

Looking forward to spending time on here...

Welcome to Blue Tone...

...

but I have to ask Mad Mac why Wiltshire drunks assumed he was a squadie? Just because you were Scottish????? Did they think the only Scots who ever left home were Scottish Soldiers .. who then proceeded to sing dirges about these green hills not being Highland hills?

Yes Moi, large military base there...lots of Scot's down there as part of their job, and therefore if they were a local they seemed to have a gripe with Scotsmen living down there...think they were trying to start a scrap with a squadie for some reason!

The Shed End Forum relies on revenue to pay for hosting and upgrades. While we try to keep adverts as unobtrusive as possible, we need to show these to make sure we can stay online and continue to keep the forum running. Over the years costs have become very high.

Could you please allow adverts on this domain by switching it off and whitelisting the website? Some of the advert banners can actually be closed to avoid interference with your experience on The Shed End.

If you don't want to view any adverts while logged in and using your account, consider using the Ad-Free Subscription which is renewable every year. To buy a subscription, log in to your account and click the link under the Newbies forum on the home page.

Cheers now!

Sure, let me in!
