June 7, 201113 yr Author Quite ironic you use the word "steal" when talking about a Sony product :P Whats more ironic is you pointing it out after paying 50$ a year to microsoft for using their online services. :P On a serious note its a steal considering the features (Wifi/ 3G) and the price is marginally higher than what the PSP GO was during its launch. June 7, 201113 yr Seen some stuff from E3 and Halo 4, Gears of War 3 and all the kinect stuff looked pretty decent.
June 7, 201113 yr Uncharted, ICO/SotC pack and Battlefield all looked incredible, most other stuff was a bit of a disappointment imo, including Vita... it's just a PSP 2, which considering how many games I enjoyed on that (had most of the big hitters, only game I enjoyed was Half Minute Hero) I can't see me being even slightly interested in this. iPhone and 3DS (when I get one) are far better suited to handheld gaming ime.
June 7, 201113 yr Seen some stuff from E3 and Halo 4, Gears of War 3 and all the kinect stuff looked pretty decent. Just seen that Star Wars kinect thingy, looks pretty cool. Mass Effect 3 looks superb also, though quite what the Kinect control in that will be is anyone`s guess.

Will be able to make commands to the AI players and select ur choice with ur voice on the dialogue screen. example, <AI name> Use <insert skill> or just tell them where to move, looked pretty decent, ghost recon future soldier with kinect looked cool as well.. Wonder how FIFA 12 kinect is going to work, probably be able to tell the AI when to pass and shoot and stuff.
June 7, 201113 yr That would be incredible actually! When you're doing the be a pro mode, and you can just call for the ball or yeah, tell them to shoot... love it :) "Square it!!!", "Left back!!", "Shoot!!!!!"

Fifa, Madden, Tiger woods and one other series will have kinect control. Pretty cool, and I would expect other big names to get more and more behind it. Like blizeh says, fifa could be brilliant with voice commands. Be even better if you can give hand commands.....if you know what I mean
June 7, 201113 yr Thought Skyrim was the most promising thing at E3. With the progress of Kinect and playstation going 3d soon how long until we have Virtual Reality glasses in our homes do you reckon
June 7, 201113 yr Thought Skyrim was the most promising thing at E3. With the progress of Kinect and playstation going 3d soon how long until we have Virtual Reality glasses in our homes do you reckon Skyrim looks absolutely brilliant, shame we have to wait till the middle of November for it. I expect 3d to be pretty standard tech in the next 12 months or so, no idea whether VR will ever be viable though.
June 7, 201113 yr Skyrim looking stunning:- http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2011-elder-scrolls/714852
June 7, 201113 yr Yep Skyrim is going to be really good, loved oblivion and that looks really good!! Id welcome hand commands as well dkw! lol

Be even better if you can give hand commands.....if you know what I mean I can only guess what you mean and might not be accurate but if we were able to give hand commands I'd like FIFA 12 to introduce punching, headbutting, kung fu kicking and kicking in the nuts. While playing the game I get a sudden urge to kick the daylight out of some players. Am I some kind of virtual psychopath? Edited June 8, 201113 yr by rahul
June 8, 201113 yr Author While playing the game I get a sudden urge to kick the daylight out of some players. Am I some kind of virtual psychopath? Nope its highly likely that your facing the same issue that haunts most online gamers and its called cheating. The sort of cheats floating around these days is plain ridiculous and could turn out to be Fifa's undoing.
June 8, 201113 yr Nope its highly likely that your facing the same issue that haunts most online gamers and its called cheating. The sort of cheats floating around these days is plain ridiculous and could turn out to be Fifa's undoing. Its already ruined COD online, I didnt even bother playing online with the last release.
June 11, 201113 yr Just seen that Star Wars kinect thingy, looks pretty cool. Mass Effect 3 looks superb also, though quite what the Kinect control in that will be is anyone`s guess. Did you see the Kinect control for the new Ghost Recon? Looks absolutely incredible. One thing they showed was the way you can customise your gun with a flick of your hands, almost picking things out of it. Amazing.
June 12, 201113 yr Just watched a vid now, that does look uber cool. I quite like Microsofts attempts to integrate kinect control into proper gaming, having it as an option is a good way to get people into kinect. The games that are out for it at the moment are all dance/sport thingys, not really for the hardcore gamer.
