I have paid for two memberships for me and my dad. This is my 1st time getting one because we want to go to more games this year because you only get the cup games when not a member. When i paid for the membership i got an email saying Thank you for your purchase and for being a member of Chelsea Football Club.

I got my customer number in this email and that all i got for the last 4 weeks.

I tried to login and i did not have a password so i went to forgot password. Then i put my info in and said it was wrong. Do they send a email just before the season starts with my password or what. I have tried emailing Chelsea but they are no help at all.

I'd asked them the same question, got this reply:

Hi Gary

Thank you for your email.

All memberships will become active and sent out around the beginning of July sometime.

Customer services are normally quite helpful, they normally respond within 48 hours by email. My old membership is still active, it will be switched over in July and Ill be back to 0 loyalty points :mad:

I think the loyalty points from this season stay on for the first few games of next season, then its points from next year again, so back to 0

The default password is your date of birth for example....

August 11th 1984 would be 08111984.

That should be the default password but obviously this wont be active unitl the memberships are.

No point logging on yet anyway, non of the tickets are availible to buy.
