I wouldn't be against this vs a huge fee for Falcao. Obviously be very happy if we got Falcao mind due.

 

agreed. falcoa would be an absolute beast for sure but it's a hell of a lot of money to risk especially with FFP coming in... would be very happy with Yilmaz

I watched him yesterday night (Turkey-Hungary) and I wasn't overly impressed. It's only one match, but I have to say I rate Lukaku higher at the moment.

I've seen him in action in the champions league and he looks like a strong agile forward. Admittedly I have only seen around 3 games in which he has played, he looks good but nothing exceptional, I wouldn't even pay the initial fee for him that Chelsea supposedly bid.

He has had a fairly inconsistent a poor goalscoring record up until a season or 2 ago, definitely not worth this £33 million. Also unproven in a top league at 27, no thanks. Goes to show how inflated the current transfer market is with these ridiculous prices being quoted. (And that is of course they a true, and that's a very BIG if.)
