I already announced a boycott. I won't be travelling there (d'oh :)) and won't be watching any tv coverage. I'm shocked that there is no global outrage over the fact that they are basically using slaves to build the stadiums. That's the real scandal not the beer ban.

I live near Tottenham town. I hate Tottenham. My Chelsea supporting bessie mate hates Tottenham so much he booked an expensive holiday on the other side of the world for him and the missus because he could not bear the pain and heartache  he would have got round here if Tottenham had won. One minute after Liverpool's 2nd goal he texted me to say he felt safe to come home. You have to salute that.

Watching Rudiger I have high hopes he will be a solid defender but his distribution looks like it needs a lot work. I make no apology for saying Cahill is my type of "defend first" defender and I still think he is woefully underrated and has a big role to play for us.

Barrettinator, I totally agree with your assessment. Most all members of this board are incompetent...

All this talk of "luck" I find amusing as well. 
If you believe that having possesion (but rarely looking dangerous) means you deserve to win the game, then I suppose you could consider Spurs unlucky. I don't. 
All this "luck" & "on another day" talk works both ways, and on another day, we could have won 3-0 and Spurs could have finished the game with 9 men. 
Spurs fans could consider themselves lucky that we scored a goal for them, and that they don't have Dier & Vertonghen suspended for the next game.
