What a 'schitterend' weekend!

 

We did it!

 

We have clinched the final European ticket for the next season! We whipped Charleroi 5-1 in the second match of the play-off final, wiping out a 2-0 defeat in Charleroi.

 

 

 

And ...

 

Kevin scored another beauty.

 

 

 

And for the first time, one of our Genk youngsters scored a goal in the Champions League final!

 

 

 

 

 

I'm a happy fan.

Despite the awful weather, a lot of happy faces in our Cristal Arena.

 

I had a small talk with our Genk youngsters of course, Thibaut, Keven, Benteke, Origi and Yannick, the new hero. But also one with Eden. He's still ambitious  with Chelsea. And I have asked Radja if he would sign for Chelsea. No, he said. He will sign for Genk after the Euro.

 

(But, I'm not sure if he was serious.)
