Can't believe we are 3days away from our first premiership game of the season yet the club have still not got a full list of squad numbers for the upcoming season.

Surely they are missing a trick here, there will be a number of supporters in the megastore before Sundays game looking to get one of the new signings proudly on the back of their shirt.

Anyone got any info regards numbers for the newbies?

This IS a worry. I miss the annual pre-season musings about a certain squad number being a big burden on a newby...

Van Ginkel and Robbie's old number for instance, oooohhhh (doing some excited armflapping here)!

I think they should go back to the days where the starting XI just wore numbers 1 through to 11.

 

Small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts. Isn't it? Mmmmm. Marvellous.

I see no reason for them to change now, Schurrle's number is definitely 14, it was announced along with his signing.

 

Unless we sign someone else between now and Sunday those will be the numbers.

 

But honestly unless you are planning on getting one of the new players names and number on your shirt, not sure why you're too worried.
