Hi guys Just a quick question what happens if we dow bring up any English players or buy any English players and then we haven't got enpught English players in our squad for this season

then i believe we have to have a squad of 22 rather than 23. to have a full squad we need to have the minimum requirement of homegrown players. can still use under 21 players that aren't registered in the squad though

The squad quota is max 17 foreign players and 8 places reserved for homegrown players only. If you don't have any homegrowns then the max squad size is 17, if you have 5 then the squad size is 22, and so on.

Also, players under the age of 21 can play without being registered, even if the ain't homegrown. So i expect a few youngsters to get chances this season, Ake and Baker being the main 2.
