Coxy15 reacted to SimonH in Carney ChukwuemekaThis one I don’t like. I really rate him, honestly think he will be a great player soon enough. Should have just avoided buying KDH and stuck with it.

Coxy15 reacted to just in Carney ChukwuemekaA lot I think g3.7. His control of the ball in tight spaces is as good as Palmers. And he has the body strength to go with it. He has an eye for a pass and can finish.
I can also tell you that the Villa fans saw the potential in him too and the majority were gutted when he came to us.
He is miles ahead of a big money signing Mudryk in terms of raw talent and potential and we should not, under any circumstances, be letting him go.

Coxy15 reacted to RMH in Raheem Sterling signs for ChelseaUnder RA we may have been economically dysfunctional but now we are economically AND footballing dysfunctional.
-
Does he? Everything he says is 'I will swallow and regurgitate publicly whatever the twats in charge force upon me if it means keeping my job'.
Even Pochettino, (one of the most agreeable top managers in club football) f**ked off rather than putting up with more of BlueCo's sh*t.
There's a reason they had to look as far down as the Championship before finding a stooge willing to take over at this circus.

Coxy15 reacted to reparto corse in Another Winger! - Noni MaduekeHard disagree. Madueke showed more than CHO did in recent times. I have no doubt if Noni went to Leverkusen like CHO he would be one of the best young wingers in the Bundesliga.

Coxy15 got a reaction from Conte in Anthony TaylorI think the issue is less about a specific vendetta against Chelsea, and more about an issue with how personal relationships are impacting the professionalism of the referees/VAR officials. Its a serious lack of professional standards to choose to "protect your mate" from criticism (which he wouldnt have got anyway as it was a clear foul!) in a match with so much riding on it. Jobs on the line, win bonuses lost, longer term ambitions impacted. One decision has massive consequences in a ruthless, results-driven business like football.

Coxy15 got a reaction from Sexyfootball in Best Premier league defender of all timeTerry has to be number one. Could pass better than 99% of centre backs, although this was overlooked with Rio being considered the "ball-playing centre back", and Terry considered aerially dominant. JT had it all. Needed a balll pinged 40 yards crossfield with his weaker foot? No problem. Organising the backline? Yep. Could handle all types of players from pacey nippers to big target men. Read the game impeccably, scored important goals for us. There have been many great defenders in the prem, but none as complete as Terry. Massively underrated. Labelled as a Tony Adams type that was big and strong and a leader, but he was so much more than that, they just couldnt fit it all in an easy label, so it got largely overlooked.
VVD is probably the closest thing to JT in terms of being a complete all rounder, but JT did it for 15 years. Can Van Dijk?
For me, top two are Rio and JT. The others are a little way back.

Coxy15 got a reaction from coco in Tammy AbrahamI dont think it's a bad thing that he wants to play. All young players should want to play and prove themselves so if he chooses to leave to do that, it isnt a sign of weakness. Sancho did it and flourished at Dortmund, Lingard has done it this season (not young anymore, but needed to get game time). Leaving a "big" club to go play shows a better mentality to me than a Winston Bogarde, cash the cheque each week type of player.

Coxy15 got a reaction from RMH in Fikayo TomoriGiven the very recent abuse towards black player on Social Media, I cant say that its a much more pleasant experience in England. We often think Italy/Spain have a bigger problem than England but there's more than enough racists here to make society and life sh*t for BAME players.

Coxy15 got a reaction from jack h in Christian Pulisic - OfficialIf you've read the post then I think its disingenuous to say that you didnt realise that's what he was saying. Like I said in my original comment, perhaps he was just stupid and didnt read the post before liking which in the current climate is really naive.
As for cancel culture... Who has mentioned cancelling anyone? Criticism is allowed.

Coxy15 got a reaction from Bluesince66 in Christian Pulisic - OfficialYeah from what i've read it's fairly well-known in the States that he is a MAGA guy. Came from a rich, Conservative family in a well off area. But I've seen the Insta post and it is definitely a like from his account which would seem to endorse that message, so it's stupid at best and an indication of very poor character at worst.

Coxy15 got a reaction from dansubrosa in Tammy AbrahamSelling Tammy would be a huge mistake. He has already scored plenty of goals for us, and is still so young. If we sell him he'll be worth 40/50 mil in no time. I have zero doubt that we would regret it pretty quickly. Spending big on strikers hasnt been fruitful in the past for us, so what if Haaland struggles like others have? Since Costa, Giroud and Tammy have been our best goalscorers and neither was a big money signing.
The club shouldnt be considering letting a proven goalscorer leave when we are once again bemoaning our lack of goals as a team! His overall performances definitely require a lot of improvement but he is one of those players that just. gets. goals. And that is PRICELESS

Coxy15 got a reaction from goose in Kai HavertzI can just imagine how people on this forum would react if we sold him and in 3-4 years time he was ripping it up at city, united etc a la Salah, De Bruyne... Maybe we should learn our lesson with young players and give them more time than we have previously. Its only been half a (covid-impacted) season, give the guy a chance. He's been underwhelming without a doubt, but lets give him 3 years. Maybe a loan in january next year if he still hasnt settled or shone. See how it goes, but to write him off now would be crazy.
Having said that, if Tuchel has to pick between Mount or Havertz right now, he'd be stupid to pick Havertz.
