Biking to Stamford Bridge

Featured Replies

So I want to start biking to games but having never done it before I thought I'd seek your advice.
According to chelseafc.com there is a bike shed. How's secure is the bike parking? How early do you need to get there to ensure the bike shed isn't overcrowded? If the bike shed is full, is there secure parking around the grounds?

Cheers!

Haha I take it no one bikes to the Bridge then?
I'll just try it on Wednesday for the Schalke game and see how it goes I suppose.

there is a bike shed where near the copthorne hotel is. if it's full, i can't imagine it getting nicked, if you lock it up somewhere near the ground to many old bill, where are you cycling from?

Cheers! I'm cycling from Marylebone near Great Portland St. Doesn't seem as though cycling is very popular based on the comments on here so hopefully won't be full.

Along similar lines, are there any sheds near SB where you can lock up space hoppers. I travel from Raynes Park, would love to bounce my way in on match days, but don't know where to stick it. I suppose once I've arrived I could always deflate it and stick it under the seat during the game, but I'd be too lazy to blow it up again after. Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to bring it along for the Liverpool home game and throw it on the pitch at the Liverpool defence, you'll get your first premier league assist.

Haha.I have seen a video of inter milan fans throwing a vespa off the top level of the san siro. Cant find the link however.
