Hollins makes this point that I've not seen mentioned before:

 

 

He [Dave Sexton] was the top man by a mile. Now, he’d be the one everybody wanted, like Mourinho. Mourinho learned from Bobby Robson and Bobby often swapped ideas with Dave. There’s a connection.

 

Might be a bit tenuous but still interesting.
