Reading around the board it sounds to me like you lot are still confident we'll drop points and let you overtake us...well sorry to burst your little blue bubbles lads but I can only see one name on the trophy this season.

Loooking at your games and our games, can you honestly see us throwing six points away? Sheffield United and West Ham at OT are not exactly nail-biting fixtures, and judging by todays performance our recent bad form is over. I'll admit, I've been worried in the past month or two with our 1-0 wins and dreadful performances...since 4-0 at Tottenham we've been pretty average to be honest. Mourinho was right, we were bound to hit a bad patch this season...what he didn't count on was we'd still win every match. Call it luck, we call it the hallmark of Champions.

A lot of people are looking at our fixtures and saying 'they'll drop points at Portsmouth, they'll drop points at City' but what you seem to forget is that the pressure is on YOU. We can afford to lose two games this season and still win the league...you on the other hand, NEED to win every single game because the next point you drop is virtually our match point. You've still got to go to Newcastle and Arsenal and even with your blue tinted specs on I dont think you can see yourselves winning every game till the end.

One other thing that pisses me off is how everyone has assumed the 3 points are in the bag for you when we come to your place, from Mourinho to Essien to you lot on this board. We're top of the table for a reason and if you think we're gonna go to Stamford Bridge and lie down you need your heads checked. Like every other game we're going for the three points and if you want them you'll have to f**king work for them. We're not West Ham or Charlton we're Manchester United, and you're by no means guaranteed a win.

Dont forget that you're new to this title-winning thing, we've been doing this for twenty odd years. Fergie has been in this position dozens of times, as have Giggsy, Gary Neville, Scholesy, VDS and co. We were all there in 95 when Blackburn nicked it on the last day, 98 when we were 11 points clear on March 1st and lost it to the Arse, 99 when we won it on the last day, 2003 when we were 12 points behind in March and the bookies paid out to the punters who backed Arsenal. If anyone knows what to do in this situation its Fergie, not Mourinho, Giggsy not Fat Fw**k. Winning the league with tactics, knowledge, talent and experience against Abramovic and his money will be right up there with the Treble as one of Fergie's biggest achievments.

Its been a good season boys but you've got to admit the best team has won it. At least you've made it an entertaining race....without you lot we'd be 20 points ahead of the Arse and looking forward to next year already...cheers for that.

Although it's not quite over yet (pretyy damned near though), to be honest it would be a travesty if your guys didn't win it given the quality football you've played this season. It's a good learning curve for our guys to do the chasing after a couple of fairly easy seasons and should you end up winning it I think it's fair to say our guys will be very hungry to get the title back. This season has been good but next season promises to be a real cracker.

Worth noting that we probably have more players with experience of winning the Prem than United do. Rooney, Rondaldo, Saha, Vidic, Evra, Carrick, the core of your team, have never won it.

Its not arrogance mate, doesnt take a rocket scientist to tell where the trophy is heading in May. Arrogance is Mourinho, Lampard, Ballack and Essien predicting who will be top of the tree three weeks into the season, common sense is knowing that the team averaging 2 and a half goals a game are more likely to win the league with 8 games to go.

True Rooney, Ronaldo, Vidic and co havn't won it before but thats where the hunger is. And on the contrary, the our team is built around van der Sar, Gary Nev, Rio, Scholesy and Giggsy and they've been there more times than anyone in your team has. We've got the perfect squad, a mixture of youth and experience.

And Mod, trophy parades are for small teams. If we did a trophy parade every time we won the league our streets would be worn out by now. Its not a Manchseter United thing, sorry.

I could have been a lot more hostile with the first post, all I did was state how I feel about the title race at this point, you can choose whether to argue my points or not.

Maybe not exactly homegrown talent but apart from maybe Rooney and van der Sar, all our players are either from our youth set up or were sh*t/average/unheard of when they joined, and in three years they've become world class. I'd rather win the league that way than spending millions on half the players in Europe to try and buy the title. Where's the pride in that? Fergie doesn't buy world class players, he makes them.

And about not being an FC anymore, in truth who is? The league is now made up of companies rather than football clubs and football on the whole has become a business, not a sport. All-seater stadiums, club owners, ridiculous wages, lucritive sponsorships, medlling agents, 12:00 games, TV deals... at least we've still got our history to be proud of, you lot are not even Chelsea anymore.

But to say that ManU has homegrown talent and/or players who were unknowns prior to being bought by ManU is absurb. So no-one ever heard of Vidic and considered him to be a great talent? The same for Carrick? The same for Rio? And this guy Larsson is a total unknown, correct?
