Alright I know these are old, that's why I'm after another 2nd hand one.  My youngest wants one for Christmas, mainly because his big brother has got one.  If anyone's looking to sell a console that they don't use anymore let me know.

I thought I'd ask on here and another couple of forums that I use before going to things like ebay and gumtree for two reasons - someone might have one that they don't use and and might want a few quid in the run up to Christmas.  Also I think there's an element of trust built up meaning it feels less likely that someone would sell me a dud.

That said if there's not one then I shall take a punt and fingers crossed. I might even get my older son a new consul and give his one to the little 'un, the only problem with that is the eldest still really likes his 360 and a lot of his mates still have them.

As much as the Xbox one is still pretty expensive, they have now allowed the older games to be played on it,so you'd be getting a lot more bang for your buck and your sons mates will still be able to play him online, but will have the console that's gonna be the most current for at least the next 5 or 6 years

As has been mentioned, CEX is a good shout. It's a legit high-street store (online as well) and if there were any problems it would come with the usual guarantees.

Only for certain games though! Not a huge list at the moment.

Is that Xbox 360 still going ok barn?

It is mate but he won't let little bro use it very often. The good thing for me is that they love it but don't use it very often, going out on their bikes, scooters, skateboards or playing football/ run-out is still the preferred option.
