He looks pretty talented, strong, quick, can pass and shoot, the problem is he may just end up on loan and we already have the likes of Loftus Cheek and also Chalobah on loan, anyway I saw some highlights and I like the look of him:

Apparently we were scouting him, so may bring him in during the summer, I'm inclined to agree with you in terms of match time, but it's probably likely he would be loaned out. I'm not sure if I'd sign him personally, but he looks like an interesting player.

No, he's just a talent and doing well, evidently he's progressing better than all the other Ghanaian midfielders in Serie A (and there are a lot of them). And Chelsea is interested.
