Very strange comparison. A footballer is bought for a reason to carry out a role and win you trophies, a house is to live in and will certainly be sold at some point in your life. Very strange to compare the two. We lost £10M on Deco after letting him leave on a free transfer, was he considered a bad signing?

I agree with sentiments but probably not the best example as I would say Yes, Deco was a bad signing (or certainly not a good signing).
