What affect? It just applies the rules more accurately. 

Somehow I feel even though I wanted var it will take away the ability to have a good moan on bad decisions. There is something about knowing the opposition won because of a crap refereeing var takes away that Monday moan as much as decisions go against us I still belive it adds something to the game. Goal line technology is enough or maybe not.....
