As for the guard of honour? I was at Cold Triffid when they did it for us and we went on to win 3-1 Guddy was particularly classy that day and a wonder goal by Tiago. But to be fair to them, respect was given by most, both inside and outside the ground. Most applauded when we came on the pitch, and Fergie?s program notes were particularly complimentary.

Then when we kicked off the mutual respect love in ended.

Well they will receive the same treatment as we received? Due respect given (because they deserve it !); then when we kick off time to give that diving winking w*nk*r hell !!!

As much as I hate saying this, Manure do deserve the title this year. They've played the most consistent football. They've scored the most goals. They've played the best football to watch. And the table, ultimately, doesn't lie.

Without our injury plague we might (?) have just pipped them at the post. Though with all that internal in-fighting going on behind the scenes at Chelsea, it's quite possible we wouldn't have.

So, credit where credit is due.

And do you want to know the great thing about Manure? They hate Liverp**l even more than we do. And you have to admire that level of commitment!

Now, enough of this love-in. Let's beat them in the league and thrash them in the FA cup final!!!

I've actually thought about that before. He's one of a few players that actually thrive, and play better, when he's getting loads of stick.

If i'm honest though, i don't admire him as a footballer and never will. One, because of the world cup (i was there), two, because he's so cocky and arrogant and three because he wears that red shirt. If he played for Chelsea i'd probably love the bloke but he doesn't.
