Stu here from Cardiff,been a fan since 1986 Now that I’m nearly the age of a silver surfer 😂 I’ve decided to join some like minded decent footy fans for some decent chat.Also it gets me even more excited for the Brentford game which is when I’m next at the bridge.

Many thanks for the kind greetings 😀 is there a section on here that discusses the Chelsea Ticket Exchange I’ve been having a right battle with it over last few days,dunno if I’m doing something wrong. Thanks 😀

@Stu27 you can only buy a ticket in your category, for instance "senior" or "adult". If you don't see that coming up, it means nothing is currently on offer in your category. Keep trying, the closer you get to the match date, the more will become available. Also, I found out after much yelling at my tablet that the system really only works on a laptop or regular computer.

Hello nice to meet you and thanks for you’re help. I’ve been managing to pick adult ones for me,but my son who is a teen (19) I’ve only been able to pick certain sections for. However the main problem I’m getting is despite refreshing and competing adding the tickets within 5 seconds for us both by the time it gets to checkout they are never available? I was starting to think other people on the site may be using bots lol. Aww keep your fingers crossed for us as I’ve had no sleep for nearly a week now 😢😂

Hi ahh sadly yet again I’m getting loads of error messages and when I do have the tickets it fails to checkout saying none available in section. I did reach out to the ticket office but sadly they seem to be a little clueless on their own system which is utterly frustrating 😢 thanks for your help tho it’s much appreciated 😀

Have you tried clearing your cookies (whiffs of the IT Crowd  ) ?

Hiya Valerie,Yep tried that and my moneypenny typing is really speedy so knew I was on the completing page really quick but it’s the same old pop ups saying none available. I even asked them if some of the users may be using bots as it made no sense that the tickets were gone in few seconds of popping up and it seemed the only explanation. Of course they didn’t know and couldn’t clarify?? 😬 it’s just so frustrating as defo somethings not right.

Haha! Well once I’ve managed to try and put the Chelsea ticket exchange world to rights I’m sure we will have many a normal footy related discussion. Yep it’s great to know we all have the club at the centre of it all,let’s just hope this coming weeks matches give us the results where we can all have some success to discuss 😉😀mind you this is Chelsea and in all the years that I have supported them it reminds me of a marriage….full of good and a few bad times,lots of ups and a few downs,and if you want to get out of it your gonna leave skint 😂😂

@Stu27 Is it easier just to add the son as an adult ticket and just swallow the extra cost, if you are managing to add adult tickets fine?

In the end managed to get two on the exchange did it via my iPhone in the end as turns out it was quicker to dart back and forth the checkout selection pages. Got good seats In Matthew Harding Upper,did pay for my lad for a Adult ticket in the end but your right was quicker to select it that way. Now all I got to do is find a decent pub on the Fulham road to get over the shell shock from having to deal with the ticket exchange for 7 days running 😂👍
