How much do you think the 'Big 4' clubs in England will spend this summer?

I'm guessing it'll end up looking something like this:

Liverpool - 40 million pounds

Man Utd - 35 million pounds

Arsenal - 22 million pounds

Chelsea - 17 million pounds

Somehow I think we'll end up spending the most money (people like fleecing us) and it will probably be on the striker we're going to buy, Liverpool will sign the most players though.

I used Loz's abacus! Why, do you think they're wrong... icon_wink.gif

But on a more serious note, I came up with those number based on:

a) how much money I think the respective managers will have available

B) how many changes to their squad / team they actually need to make

For example, I think Arse need to splash 35 mill on Eto or someone, but they can't afford to do it. Whereas Liverpool probably can now. Man Utd probably can but don't need to spend big. But with 17 million going on Hargraves, I think another couple of players will put their spend up to 35 mill. If anything I'm under estimating, as I think Liverpool may go north of 50 mill. Remember next season that THE TEAM THAT COMES LAST WILL STILL POCKET 30 MILLION QUID. Which means that everyone will be spending like they've just won the lottery. Everyone save us that is... icon_rolleyes.gif

I think we will make a couple of low key signings, or larger ones but for cheap....ie Alex. I also think that we will seriously be in the market for a striker, and for that we will get fleeced! I say we'll spend over 20 Million
