The problem with Joey's haircut is that it's all over the place - it just won't stay in the right place! and then just when he has it looking good it goes and does something silly! Messi's hair is pretty all over the place too but somehow it just seems to end up being more effective.

Must say, there are hardly any players I would swap Joe for but Messi is definitely the exception - might even give Barca a million or two in addition.

There is no doubt Messi is a truly exceptional player and I think one of the reasons (although there are many) he stands out is his acceleration from a standing start. I don't think he is as quick as Robben, Henry or Ronaldo over say 40 yards, but over that 1st 10 to 20 yards he is like Marion Jones on drugs.
