January 29, 200817 yr He might shine, but Bolton is a waste of his talent and time, in my opinion. I think they get the drop this year, and he can do well at a better club than that, for sure like this one, for example
January 29, 200817 yr I could be wrong, but the only way I can see Bolton thinking they've got a hope of signing Eider is that he was there before. Somthing like hoping he'll do them a favour because of past associations and presumably fond memories of the club. I seriously don't know how well he'd do back at the Bridge though. He's got the talent, he's got the intelligence; his lack of pace is a drawback, so would he fit into the current setup? The positive side of this is that never having exactly been blessed with pace, his natural game is less likely to be effected a few years down the line in the same way as was Sheva's, for instance.
January 29, 200817 yr Not happening according to his father, who is his agent: [iframe:1gc91s0m]http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/b/bolton_wanderers/7216023.stm[/iframe:1gc91s0m]
January 29, 200817 yr I'd love to see him back in the prem - one of my favourite players of all time. I reckon Villa would suit him down to the ground, and suit me too since I quite like Villa :)
January 30, 200817 yr I think this is merely the press thinking that he might come back to the premiership, so linked him with Bolton (his old club) as they like to write nice things about them, and not abuot us (his other old club)
