Correct me if Im wrong (these things are tough to calculate or keep track of) but his actual wealth seems to have increased. I remember him being rated at 15 billion a couple of years ago.

Maybe there are just more billionaires going around (note: smiley used in lieu of the old Lord Ottombottom smiley that had the monacle.....I loved that guy)

Surely these ratings only use assets that people are actually known to have, someone like Roman will have a fair bit stashed away.
