I hope Ivanovic is available to play soon. I saw him play for Locomotiv against Aberdeen at Pittodrie in the UEFA Cup late last year. He played right back and had an excellent game. He scored Locomotiv's only goal with a good header from a corner. He seems strong and fast, excellent in the air, with a good positional sense. I think he will be the long term answer to our right back problem.

I watched that game as well and until you mentioned it I had totally forgotten/ not even realised it was him. He did have a fine game that night.

It does seem off that we have spent such a wedge on him and he has disappeared off the face f the earth. Has he been turning out for the reserves at all?

Nope, initially he wasn't match fit because of the difference in starting and finishing times of the seasons and then he got injured I think.
