with Grant nowhere near team selection, tactics or substitutions happy0034.gif And hopefully Roman doesnt get involved.

Roman's the one who paid the money for all the players, paid for the training facilities to be build, paid for Arnesen to come in who scouted just about all the players now in the club's youth team.

I think his involved...

Been watchin these boys on Chelsea tv, and i can tell you a couple of them look very promising, Miroslav Stoch and Gael Kakuta ( i'll check those spellings !) look especially skillfull.

As to whether they ever graduate to our first team squad, who knows, but they certainly appear to be progressing well.

Be a shame to end up selling them to Portsmouth then shelling out twice the amount on players of equal or less talent.

We could do with a quality winger and although I have only seen glimpses of what Stoch can do and I have no idea what his record for Chelsea is, but his record with the Slovakian youth teams is quite impressive: 12 goals in 12 matches. Ofcourse it's a different thing to step up to the first team and try to do it there, but it seems like he might have what it takes.
