Awful. Dare i say it but that was like watching England play in a big Championships! Bring back Sven!

Sad (but not surprised) to report that Anelka and Malouda were shocking. Not the only ones either.

Malouda was terrible! Anelka didn't take any chances to full advantage. I fell asleep at the half and woke up at the 80th. Bad service from France, but good result for Romania.

It was sh*te - or whatever the Mods want to call it when they edit this! Contrasted with what followed - and I'm a fair girl, my Azzurri were well-beaten - it wasn't worthy of the Euros. They don't stand a bloody chance against van Basten's demons! icon_lol.gif

it was awful. i stopped watching and started measuring up for soem new skirting board and a cupboard im knocking up. neither team looked that arsed about winning.

Was anyone else watching Setanta seeing the match panel (deservedly) rip into Malouda at half time for pulling out of a challenge with the goal keeper, questioning his attitude?.

Has Malouda actually EVER beaten a defender in his footballing career?

It worries me that we are being linked with Ribery and Benzema as well!

Can you imagine next season with Malouda on the left, Ribery on the right and Benzema and Anelka up front?

Oh, wait. You don't have too imagine it. You saw it last night and it wasn't pretty.

In fairness, Ribery playes quite a bit different at Bayern and Benzema looks very promising regardless.

Worst game ever ? Well i could think of a few that come close but Yeah, its up there with Austria v West Germany in the 1982 W.C.

Chelsea vs Barnet in the FA cup in 93 (?) still takes some beating for me
