.... any away trips yet?

We have just sorted the Bordeaux game. Six of us going on the Tuesday back on the Thursday via Lyon. 98 squid return fare.

Can't do Roma because of other commitments but am also looking at Cluj. Be very interested to hear what others have found out regarding that one.

Not enough holiday dates left to do another away trip this year which is a shame seeing how I know someone who has a 'pad' in Bordeaux (what it is to have contacts eh Loz?). I'm pretty much pinning my hopes on us getting through the group so I can do a trip or two in the knockout stages.

Have also booked the Bordeaux trip Just. Arriving Tuesday afternoon, leaving Thursday lunchtime.

Where are you staying? We're in a hotel in the city centre.

God knows if we'll manage to get tickets though, so if you know of 2 going spare...

Just to let you know, tickets will be sold at the Bordeaux stadium few days before the game and the day of the game. Except if its fully booked, but its rarely the case in Bordeaux, you can always find some tickets. Can't say they will be cheap, though. (The cheapest is 26€ if you buy the pack for the three games at home, but they might be sold alone at a higher price, if there are still some). ;)

I would be very surprised if any tickets are for sale on the day of the game.

Sorry for this french interlude, was just giving a kind advice to my Bordeaux mate.

;) Don't worry I wasn't talking about Bordeaux. My Dad lives about an hours drive from Bordeaux just outside a small village called Le Fleix (about 15 minutes drive from Bergerac) - that was my reference to cows and chickens.

Aah, I thought you were doing your racial stereotyping again.
