Six of us going on the Tuesday back on the Thursday via Lyon. 98 squid return fare. Can't do Roma because of other commitments but am also looking at Cluj. geezer Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Not enough holiday dates left to do another away trip this year which is a shame seeing how I know someone who has a 'pad' in Bordeaux (what it is to have contacts eh Loz?). Except if its fully booked, but its rarely the case in Bordeaux, you can always find some tickets. Can't say they will be cheap, though. My Dad lives about an hours drive from Bordeaux just outside a small village called Le Fleix (about 15 minutes drive from Bergerac) - that was my reference to cows and chickens.
