Agree with Luiz ,the penny seems to have dropped with him as a centre back and I like him in the holding role. Dave has come on as well .

It looks like he has been dropped and about time,I cant see a place in the team for him at the club next year , Mikel is still nowhere near Lampards (sign him up) class in midfield and never will be ,Luiz is also looking superb in midfield as is Rammy ,with Chalobert emerging and a possible new signing ,I see nowhere for him to go at the club and plenty of bench warming as in Basle and on Sunday. Lampard replacing Rammy v Swansea after playing in Basle told a story. All this stays back and covers rubbish seems to be an excuse for a player who is very slow and lacks stamina and still fails to read the game as good players in the holding role are capable of, not to mention the slow negative passing. It goes against your instincts to dig out a Chelsea player for crticism ,but somebody who continues to let the club,supporters and his team mates down with poor performances needs to be dug out ,the five year contract Mikel was given as soon as Di Matteo was sacked stinks of Emenalo interfering in my opinion. Hopefully he will be offloaded in the summer as part of a swap deal . Pass the tin hat .

I saw it and it was out of order but it will mean nothing if Jose returns ,because he will want Lampard at Chelsea ,that is a given.

Why does everybody assume Lampard will not be at Chelsea next season? Jose is odds on to be our next manager and if that happens Lampard stays , Jose will make that a priority ,he will only come with control and that will mean the suits do not decide who plays in the team in future and in turn that will mean Lampard remains a Chelsea player ,probably for two years.

Winning this is big ,somehow the qualifying for the final is not ,but it is a European Trophy ,Tottenham and Arsenal would be delirious if they won it. And it cements our standing in Europe as Londons most successful club in Europe historically . Plus it would keep up our great habit of winning trophies,unlike Arsenal who seem to think finishing 4th in the league is a trophy.

Dont see us missing out with players like Cech,Terry,Cole and Lampard still at the club ,when the going gets tough etc.................................... the North London losers lose their bottle . My only worry is the waiter not using their experience and knowhow as we should. But so long as those players are involved we will be top four.

We do not have a manager playing the game ,nobody is reminding ref's that they need to make sure they remember their mistakes against us ,Suarez pushed Ramires for Liverpool's equaliser at the Bridge it was blatant,special managers let ref's know about these things in their press conferences ,it is all part of the game,we need a special manager who is Chelsea and who misses nothing in preperation. At the moment it is very easy to give decisions against Chelsea with no recourse.

We dont want him , the board knew we did not want him ,somebody at the club offered him the job ,I would suggest whoever made that decision should be shown the door at the end of the season with the waiter and my suspicion is that person is Emenalo . Somebody at the club is taking all Chelsea fans for a ride and the only decent thing to do now is to bring back Jose ,only this can unite the club again.

Having said all these, Mikel himself I have gotten tired of, one good game followed by another average game then series of being useless on the pitch.
