Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Yea, it does make sense. Rambo won player's player of the year. So, would I trust the players on Chelsea's opinion or fans opinion? This season, he was unanimously the poty, without question, however last season, I would say Rambo or even Cech were the real poty for Chelsea. Also, spain played 4-3-3 in the cup.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
You mean the fans voted him top player, when in reality Rambo was the best player. You must not watch the games for Spain.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
I agree, he has really good potential to be really good. The funny thing was that Silva went forward a lot for Brazil (even more than Luiz) from the games I watched.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Well, if your reffering to last season Kompany, maybe than. However, it was well documented how he played injured most of the season. Also, Vertoghen is a beast for Tottenham. He is solid in the middle, runs well in the flanks and scores crucial goals. I think he is more versatile than Luiz.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Oscar will push out Mata, especially with his work rate and tenacity. It's just a matter of time. Our interim had a preference to start Mata in the hole position (maybe Spanish connection), but even RDM gave Oscar the 10 role in the Champs league. Mata kinda sucks in this formation.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Mikel might, but Rambo is staying. I'm sure if anything he will be Mourinho's ultimate utility player playing in multiple positions, etc.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Well, in that case I would rank Vertoghen as the best. However, in defending and leading the line, Kompany is a class above everyone else.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Your right. Andre will probably will take the LW position, but Oscar will eventually take Mata place either this coming season or the next. Also, KDB is better, so is that why Oscar didn't get loaned out while KDB did? I remember last summer everyone was saying Oscar will need time to adapt and he will be only a "squad player." Good assessment guys.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
O yea and Essien is returning.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Lol. O, I'm not complaining about that. I'm just don't understand how we can play all the guys on our team. Last season, we were minus KDB, Lukaku, Andre and a good chunk of Terry. Also, with Van Ginkle and potentially 2 more signings, will we have enough games to make everyone happy?

Best individual performance of the 2012/13 season?
Rambo vs Man United.
-
Van Ginkel to Chelsea
So, how are we going to play all these guys enough games next season (granting we are still making 2 more big signings).
-
David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Luiz played fantastic in the final. However, I think Spain were dead by that time. Best CB is Kompany by far. Last season with him out, City suffered quite a bit. However, second best in BPL is up for debate. I still prefer Vertoghen and the old Verminator (not the captain one).

How serious are AS Monaco?
Yes, cause that makes perfect sense. When did I ever say it was wrong that we have Roman money???? I said we are in no position to make statements concerning fin. benefits, when we as a club in recent years have a whole empire associated with the club. It may not be as powerful as both Barca or Madrid, but in England it sure is. Please learn to read.

Everything that Mata's
ARe you serioues. Ronaldo is the second most selfish player in the world. If Ronaldo wasn't so selfish, players like Higuain and Benzema would of put up better numbers. Ronaldo jacks up 10 shots a game and takes all the free kicks. In regards to barca, Mata may be a better player, but not for their formation and tactics. I don't think you understand that. Their a reason why pedro is starting on both the National team and Barca.

How serious are AS Monaco?
in the United States, States like Texas don't have state taxes. However, no one every complains about that. Also, we have a salary cap as well in both the NFL and NBA. What are you talking about. The point I was stating that it is rather hypocritical sayin Monaco has unfair financial advantage, when we have one as well. I can understand a lesser' financed team complaining about Monaco, however, we can't.
-
How serious are AS Monaco?
It is. Because teams like Arsenal can't afford to pay players the same wages as teams like city/ man u/ chelsea can offer, so they leave and they have to find adequate replacements. Also, we have something better than preferential treatment from banks. we have the Roman empire.

Everything that Mata's
LOL, you really think he would take Ozil place? Ozil is the best number 10 in the world. He is Germany's maestro as well as Madrid. He is the reason why Ronaldo scores as much as he does. Also, regarding Barca, lol. He would start on Barca? Over who? Not messi, pedro, iniesta, xavi or sergio. That leaves one spot, which is for Neymar. Than, they have Tello, Thiago, Cesc, Villa and Alexis. Don't kid yourself. Mata is top in BPL, however, playin for Barca he would not start.

How serious are AS Monaco?
So, you think it's fair we can outpay any of our competitors in terms of wages and transfer fee?
-
David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Luiz needs to be free. Just like Oscar and Rambo. If he is indeed staying long term with Mou, he's going to have to change his mindset and play more discipline (similar to his last game vs Italy)
-
Everything that Mata's
Mata wouldn't get near barca. Spain is a near replica of Barca and he is the last person to come off with Navas on the Spain NT. He would have a better chance at Real to play a role on the team.
-
How serious are AS Monaco?
True, however, we are not in position to argue about what's fair and what is not in terms of finances.
-
The priority signing - a DLP?
True be told, we have one in Romeu. Oscar could potentially fill the role, but I'm not sure that is his true position. Also, I would'n bet KDB to play in that position (he's going to play in the 3 attacking positions). FYI, Luiz is not a DLP.

How serious are AS Monaco?
Well, I'm sure a lot of the teams think that having a Russian gazillionare as our owner is an "unfair" advantage as well.

Following our nearest and dearest rivals
Liverpool has some decent-good young talent on their team now. They just need to figure out what their going to do with Suarez/Reina, get a cb or 2, and reinvest their funds on attackers if they do indeed sell Suarez. I can see them being a threat in the next 2-3 years. The one team I would worry about besides City is Arsenal. If they do indeed get the Belgian and Higuain, they can make a decent title push next season.
