Next season will be probably one of the best seasons for the BPL. All the top teams got stronger (except Man United) and even the midtable teams like Fulham, Swansea and Liverpool may shock us as well.

I kind of wish we didn't sign Lampard. We could of given the time for Van Ginkel, Oscar and KDB to try out the pivot position.

I think the reason why his touch and passes became suspect later on the season was due to fatigue (long season + general game workrate). His long ball passing in the U-23 tournament last summer was fantastic. Also, I think he lost a lot of confidence/care after the whole debacle with Rafa benching him in the Champ game in Japan.

I hope Oscar takes a month or 2 vacation and misses both the Asian tour and the US tournament.

No he didn't. he missed about half the season and Parker is trash. You can say all the bad things about our pivot players, but Parker is not someone I would take over any of our Cm. Tottenham will surprise many teams next season with a healthy Sandro and Paulinho. They have a solid team top to bottom (except their CFs).

I heard that they might use Rambo in the Cavani deal.

It's crazy how you guys don't think Oscar is one of our best players. He was the only relevant player for the Champs league this past season and his stamina is second only to Rambo. He is the exact player Mourinho will play and start.

the way I see it, Hazard is close to his full potential already. His body is already fully peaked and his physical attributes won't get better (same with Lukaku) However, both KDB and Oscar still have ways to go. I still think Oscar has the biggest potential and the longest career out of everyone (barring major injury). People have a misconception that players will automatically improve and improve as they grow older. Some players peak early, others don't.

Pirlo would of provided more goals/opportunities for Drogba. I think the one person we were dead certain to get, but didnt as people mentioned earlier was Gerrard. Can you imagine how chelsea would of been with Gerrard.
