Agree w/ everything but Cahill. Cahill is one of the best CB's in the Prem.

I think Eto'o will prove himself at striker once he is settled. The issue is there is no solid lineup/chemistry in the midfield. Mourinho has to stick with a solid 5 man lineup in the midfield and stick to it, then have certain players who fill in when that core is tired. A rotation for rotation's sake will not work. I think mata/oscar with hazard/schurrle on the wings and Ramires or Mikel behind them would be the strongest lineup.

Essien > Mikel. I like Ramires but think he has been poor so far this season.

Its a lot easier when you are surrounded with C. Ronaldo, 2 world class strikers and perhaps the strongest back 4 in the world. I don't buy it.

I don't understand the Willian purchase but was very happy with the rest of the transfers. Schurrle is going to be a great player and Eto'o is world class. Would rather have seen Ba loaned than Lukaku but im not the manager.

You would have to be crazy to think Rooney is superior to Mata at this stage in their respective careers.

What Arsenal and Wenger have done is genius in a twisted sort of way. They have basically manipulated the transfer hype into a mechanism to maintain profit. They put in bids they know won't pass into world class players, and even if the bid would pass, they don't close the deal. They then can maintain a "status" as a big club and charge an arm and a leg to their fans for tickets. All the while, they haven't had a big signing in ages and have let the best talent in the world go for less than market prices. I genuinely feel bad for Arsenal supporters. They are lucky that the premiership is so top heavy right now, otherwise I think they would be mid-table. As it stands, they can remain afloat at 5-8 by beating up on minnows.
