Started this a while ago but definitely worth a revisit, if we win all our games we just need one draw from city now and we'd then win the league, winning all our games is of course hard but this is a hypothetical question that I think has been answered today, if we get all of ours points well almost definitely be top.

The thing is if we can get anything from anfield it puts city back in the driving seat, I can't stand the thought of Liverpool winning it but winning this game just opens it all open rather than guaranteeing they'll stay top till the end.

Just a last minute Gerrard yellow and this game has gone the best it could for Chelsea, hopefully Sturridge out too. Will keep saying it we need city to drop points we don't need Liverpool to as we can take them

Is a lot of use if we've already made all of our mistakes, just a draw from city now and the title is in our hands, we've been poor when the games don't seem important, having extra pressure on each game makes it better I feel, we can definitely win 5 from 5, today will be tricky but if we get through it ill be confident.

Games like Sunderland and west ham to an extent have shown me they are gonna be nervey at some points and a team will take advantage of that, at least once. Lets be honest this game was set up for a Liverpool win, especially given the fact city haven't even turned up. I don't see us losing against Liverpool.

But are Liverpool gonna really of won 14 games in a row by the end of the season? Almost definitely not in my opinion

Yeah completely agree, if Liverpool win this its in our hands just as much as its in Liverpools hands , can't stand them but we need city to drop points and where else are they going to? I have belief in Chelsea and wanna be in the race until the end

For our title hope we need Liverpool to win. Unless you can see city losing to anyone else, in that case a draw would be fine, I don't think we can drop a single point to have any chance.

That's pretty horrific, I've not had anything near that level but earlier in the year I had important work on during the arsenal game, managed to avoid the score and sky plus it, must say it was very difficult after coming home on the train and seeing a load of Chelsea, trying to avoid looking at them to see if they were happy or disappointed and stuck headphones in so i couldnt hear anything. Stayed up late watching the game and was 0-0.
