Losted?

Maybe he meant "lusted". It's a word that has been known to pop into my mind when I think of Jose.....

Losted is a word...you muruns

No its not you dift bogger.

Yeah I don't mind Chiles as a person but what he said was out of order. It's unfair to say that or even say he lost the dressing room and try to say it's the same situation. Especially when we just had a 3-0 win against Stoke, papers love to climb on anything they consider big 'news' wouldn't be fair to the manager to try and pile up lots of  bull sh*t and silly rumors that he has lost the dressing room.

Chiles is the worst sports presenter I've ever had the misfortune of watching.

I'm trying to watch football, not listen to you making tedious, unfunny comments.

ITV's coverage is dire and Chiles is the worst thing about it.

Chiles may be an offence to the eyes and ears but Andy Townsend is still the worst thing about ITV's coverage. At least when Chiles is on I can wonder off to get a drink/relieve myself. Andy Townsend, on the other hand, there is no escaping his relentless stream of bitter, semi-coherent, biased bullsh*t.

One of the things I remember from the commentary against PSG was when Eto'o went on a run and the ball went loose... Both Eto'o and Silva challenge for it and Silva came off worst.

Townsend starts droning on about how it was a poor challenge etc etc but it was a ball he had every right to go for.

Little was being made of the PSG time wasting though.

Yeah the Eto'o challenge was probably the low point, and there were a few. I remember he accused Eto'o of going in with his studs high, which is funny because Eto'o was basically just running towards the ball when Silva slid underneath him. It was a brilliant tackle by Silva but on Eto'o, but all Townsend sees in his warped little mind is a reckless challenge by Eto'o on Silva. Townsend literally had me shouting at the TV to shut the f**k up at that point.

Does everyone stop listening when Townsend cheers our goals? He always supports us in Europe, he supports all British teams to be fair but I actually don't mind him.

I'm too busy making noise to hear what he is doing.

My main issue with Townsend is that he states an outright opinion for an incident and then half the time the replays prove him wrong.

Best example I can think of is when Torres scored against Bayern in the Super Cup he says "he's shinned but he won't care" basically saying it was a poor finish/contact.

Replay goes up and Torres couldn't have hit it any sweeter and Townsend was essentially mugging Torres off over nothing.

Rubbish pundit.

What about the ref's timekeeping? In the first half, we had Hazard getting substituted, plus the Silva injury which involved a stretcher coming on, a few tasty challenges and yellows, some time-wasting, a goal....and he added on ONE MINUTE. Seriously, when a ref is that incompetent when it comes to keeping time, there is no way he should be allowed to ref. Or else, you simply relieve refs of their responsibility for keeping time and give to people who can actually operate a stop watch.
