Forest don't defend anything like us. Far more protection, deeper and plenty more men back to defend in a unit.

One of the things that excited me about him is that he is the best defender in an actually defensive team. We're not talking about some Bundesliga rube with a highlight reel of long passes and mazy dribbles, rarely troubled in a team with 90% possession.
Murillo is actually defending and leading his team in doing so.

Need I say more than he reminds me a bit of Thiago. Long way to go to reach those heights but he’d be the best defender at the club if he signed.

He is not the size of Van Dijk but he dominates strikers. His strength is amazing. You rarely see a striker get the better of him in a one on one. I think he has the whole package.

Yeah, 100% people are jumping the gun. There is a lot of games left. Towards the latter stages of the season will test their mettle. They may well easily finish below us, City and Newcastle. It would be a magnificent achievement, but no way signed and sealed.
Murilo is brilliant. I think he has everything. Robust, fast, brilliant passer. reads the game well and I defo think his style of play is suited to any defensive line. Only thing is if we were to sign him, he plays same position as Colwill and is left-footed.

If he is to be sold we will definitely be in for him. We’ve been after him for 3 windows. He may choose another club but I think we’ll be trying to bring him in.

Neto isnt going great, but he has more for this team than Sterling would have, main being he actually passes in decent positions.

Fair enough, At the moment Mudryck is an accidental illegal drug user.  Well, we shall see how long he is banned for and take it from there. 
 
That is a good comparison to Joe Cole.  Felix certainly has footballing ability and if he can show more strength on the ball i think he would be a good option for us. He could be a great asset imho. Lets see how he does if he gets some more minutes and games.

Really?  Mudryck has great pace, but that is it. Mudryck is pace without any real footballing ability*. Felix is an actual skillful footballer.

*and we now know how and why Mudryck is so athletic and fast. It's a bit moot as we won't be seeing the junkie play for a while now.

I don't care how many fullbacks you have injured, you don't play that guy there. 

We were all saying this in the match thread beforehand. I've never seen a good performance from him at RB, yet managers keep playing him there ffs. 

He can't even defend there well. Play Josh who has something to prove, or put Caicedo there again, anything but putting Disaster or sh*te in a fullback position. 

We had  Colwill at LB last season overlapping and now another manager has Disasi at RB.

I honestly don't blame him. He's been absolutely dreadful as a RB against Conference League opposition. Why Maresca thought he'd do better in the Prem with all of our other RBs available is beyond me.

Would prefer to keep Carney and get rid of Gooseberry-Fool.

We had a weaker bench than usual against Fulham. If we hadn't frozen out Chukwuemeka and Chilwell, they could have easily improved that bench.

That did my head in... 3 RBs on the bench available and he went with Disasi? Okay, Gusto played against Fulham, Reece is not ready celarly, give Acheampong a chance. 
And if he underistamed them, that is surpsing because he faced them twice last season with worse team (on paper of course) and couldn't beat them on botch ocassions.

Makes less mistakes as a CB than Fofana does yet get treated very differently. I think he's a solid CB but doing RB shifts this season has everyone forgetting that. 
Im open to him staying as a backup but also open to sell if we got a good offer. Id rather he stayed than Badiashile tbh. 

Olise on £220k a week is way too much anyway. Im glad they didn't pay that. 
I feel for our wingers sometimes, they play so wide get very little support from full backs and get doubled up on when they get the ball. Kinda pointless crossing because we dont have many anyone good in the air and then people just judge them on g/a. Neto was playing as a RB yesterday anyway. 
Having said that Neto diving around on the floor for Fulham first goal pretending Iwobi elbowed him was so annoying, get up i knew he was faking it, embarrassing. 

Reminded me when Alonso faked that head injury against United in 2018. 

He's played Felix at LW before so not sure what he's talking about. 

This is exactly what I am talking about when I say some of you don't hold others to the same standard and treat Felix differently. Where are these same comments about Sancho? Neto even? With the amount of minutes he has seen this season, don't you think his contributions in attack are a little on the low side? You even criticise Felix in a game that was dead when he came on. The whole game had gone flat by then.
And yes, I do think Felix has genuine talent. He tries things that sometimes come off and sometimes don't. There has been plenty of moments in the little time he has played where he has taken multiple players out of the game, won us a freekick and set up attacks with a piece of skill or pass. I'm not saying he is the perfect player, but none of our players are, they all have issues in areas of their game that needs refining, but he has the ability to make a difference. Anybody that says he can't must surely feel the same way about the majority of our squad.
