  3. I got nothing but ridicule when I called it as is when he was appointed. An absolute clown who's done nothing in the game and shouldn't even be able to get a Premier League job, nevermind a job at Chelsea. Doesn't take a PhD to see that hiring someone worse than Maresca (quite a feat in itself) is only going to lead to worse results and performances. It's scandalous that there are people who have managed to make billions in their lives then go on to make decisions like these, any tool down at the local pub could've told you this was a bad decision. The season was over for me the day Rosenior was picked as the successor, the mild bits of hype I saw on here and online just seemed incredibly forced in spite of Maresca's poor football. Just stop with the silly experiments and just get someone with at least a good track record for god sakes, you know someone who's actually earned the chance to work at Chelsea football club, it's not a learning centre for up and coming managers.

  5. It never works, it just invites pressure. I hated when even Jose used to do it, we bottled a lead at Old Trafford in the last minute because he brought Zouma on for an attacker, which led to Zouma giving away the foul for Van Persie to equalise. Play 7 CB's against the worst team in the world and you're only giving them more confidence to go on and win it. It's always been a silly thing IMO.

  8. I'm not doing all the fake "let's get behind the manager and support him". I'll waste no time and cut to the chase, this is another bo**ocks appointment, and a lazy decision from the board who show little to no interest in the squad's development other than churning out profits. Can't even be bothered anymore.
  9. I was just about to come on here and depress everyone else by telling the forum I just don't care anymore, looking at who we are replacing Maresca with, my enthusiasm for the season has just gone out the window. Then I looked at the lineup and realised that whoever is in charge cares less than me.
  10. I just can't be bothered anymore
  11. I will be well pissed off with this, I'm trying not to think about it because I'm just so happy Maresca is gone. But that would mean out of all ClearLake appointments, Pochettino is the most successful manager they've hired lmao... Just let that sink in a second.
  12. Hard to judge, I didn't rate Potter, but he also came at a torrid time, any manager would've struggled with that team. I don't think his appointment would've ever worked here. But even Potter had a better CV than Maresca, the Maresca experiment has been utterly dreadful and has gone on for far too long. Just please for the love of god, get someone who is good, likes to get the team attacking and playing well. No more silly experiments on maybe's because they picked up training cones for Guardiola once upon a time.
  13. I know we'll get someone sh*te, but thank god that f**king fraud is gone, happiest I've been with football for ages. At least with him gone there's a glimmer of hope things can get better, we were never going to get better under that daft twat.
  14. The owners are no doubt the problem but I'll happily celebrate Maresca going. Can't f**king stand the football we've been playing under him, and the results have been just as sh*t. Let me take any win I can get please.
  15. What a great start to the new year then!
  16. My biggest problem with keeping Maresca is losing Cole Palmer. We're going to lose our best players the longer we persist with this absolute pillock managing. Why would any creative attacker want to play under this man?
  17. How badiash*te still gets games is beyond me, if you've got Josh on the bench, you play Josh, simple as that. This guy never has a good game.
  18. I knew he would be sh*te when we signed him, he looked rubbish at Dortmund whenever I watched him play. It gave me Bakayoko vibes. He's nowhere near the level we need him to be and he never will be. Total waste of money.
  19. Getting bored of saying the same things every month, it's all boring, can he just go now?
  20. That's the hilarious part really, all those players you jjust mentioned weren't enough to take us to the next level, yet we've somehow downgraded... Absolute sh*tshow of a transfer window once again.
