I don't need to prove anything. It's an opinion and not a fact. My opinion is that he has lost the dressing room based on the shocking performance by the players and they're not playing for him due to disagreements behind the scenes. Now if you don't agree with that opinion then fine, but please don't call posters trolls and wums for expressing an opinion.

This is what I've been saying in the last few days. There's a huge rift between the players and the manager borne out of so many things since the season started, and has nothing to do with a temporary loss of form or tiredness. Either the management and the players sit down and sort it out so we can resume the season or they replace the manager if he's not willing to change. I still think he's the best manager in the world but if the players are no longer playing for you then what's the point?

If I was him I'd ask for a transfer in January. He's far too good to be rotting on our bench and doesn't deserve to be behind falcao. Especially when our main striker is now more interested in picking fighto than scoring.

We're now getting more and more news of turmoil behind the scenes and an inceasingly unhinged manager and people still think its just loss of form. These players have stopped playing for him.

I understand his frustrations about the board but this is the same team that won the league comfortably last season. You don't go from that to where we are now. He says he wants to stay long term, well that means not expecting 500m transfers every summer and getting the best out of the team you have. What I think is happening is him clearly throwing a strop because the board didn't buy Pogba or whatever expensive Player he wanted. He's been backed very well by Roman since he came back and is the highest paid manager in the world, time he grew up and start earning his money.

I have no problem with us losing and my loyalty will always be with Chelsea fc until I die, not Jose mourinho. I want him replaced not because we've lost but because like I said the players are clearly not playing for him. This is not some temporary loss of form that will be righted but there's clearly a rift behind the scenes. Either the club sits down and sorts it out so they can start playing properly again or they get Klopp.

Perhaps your idea of supporting a team means keeping quiet when you sense there's something wrong and not saying anything but that's not my idea of a supporting a team. Hey I hope you're right but no one is going to force me to join the herd because my opinion doesn't chime with the rest. Also I'm a Chelsea supporter and I've certain expectations from the team.
