Our best football under the current ownership was Poch's second half of the seaon. We are a much better team when playing more direct and I honestly think it would benefit so much of the team. I've never enjoyed watching possession for the sake of it and I think Iraloa fits the bill to take us forward. I really liked Poch and felt we were moving forward under him once he found his feet, but that Spursy aroma made it hard to believe he was one of us.

If we want CL he needs to go asap.

Has Santos dropped off a cliff? Rosenior was singing his praises not that long ago. Would we really prefer the James experiment in midfield over playing him? I appreciate Lavia is back as well, but Santos for me should be playing.

This was always going to be a tricky tie and we got through it. We earned the win, I'm not sure why some are saying Wrexham deserved it?. At this point anything goes to get to the next round. I imagine we will use a full strength squad going forward, but rotation was required against a team a league below us, and a big CL away tie coming up, and yet I see the same comments about LR being a puppet etc. The starting XI was more than capable of getting a result, but certain players continued to let themselves down, failing to take their opportunity, and showed that we need to move them on. VAR got every decision correct despite the Wrexham fans moaning.

We need a win today, nothing less. Come on you blues!

Neto looks good in that No 10 role. Hato had a decent game, looked far more confident. Games like this are a banana skin, and we saw Hull off quite convincingly.

What are the thoughts on Igor Thiago? I really like him and I loved seeing him batter Arsenal's defence last night (aside from some of his finishing). That is what Delap was supposed to bring, but unfortunately we seem to have the Temu version of Delap.

Bayern were never going to give him the minutes he needs. Kane is undroppable and they will want to play their own players. I'd have him back as a back up for Pedro, or to use on the left wing. Delap isn't doing anything for us sadly.

Me! Thankfully, Sky Sports didn't get to run with it after Frank's sacking from Spurs. We played some great football only to be let down by two massive brain fart moments. I'd bring Sarr in asap as a CB, as has been said before we shouldn't have Josh, Hato and Gusto as 3 of our back 4. That's just asking for trouble!.

I'd rather play Mheuka up top over that useless lump Delap. Even Guiu deserves more minutes than Delap. Such a damp squib of a transfer. P.S Gusto should be nowhere near our midfield.

So unfortunate for Palmer there, especially after that great bit of play. It's clear we are looking to be far more progressive.

If there is game time management from above, then I hope Liam uses this game as ammunition on why you shouldn't do that. Sarr should have come on and Josh could have moved over to RB. I feel for the kid as that brain fart moment really cost us, just kick it into touch next time.

Really pleased for Josh, I really hope he shows what he's made of. Bar James being out, that's pretty much our best XI currently.
