I’m not disagreeing with you, he isn’t the player that’s thrown the season away by downing tools though as he barely plays. That lies with Enzo, Neto and Fofana. A 21 year old that earns half of these players and plays 1/4 of their minutes is less of an issue than £100m players on 200k+ a week in the prime of their careers that decided to completely give up when the bald moron got sacked. Player power was okay when we had JT, Lamps and Drogba. It’s not okay when we’re throwing seasons away for Portugals 5th choice winger that kisses his mum on the mouth, a racist west Falklander and a Frenchman with the mentality of a Neanderthal.

We were far better under Poch in the second half of season than we ever were under Maresca. Its great throwing headlines out without looking at the details. He won the conference league, the third tier of European football. He didn't manage to do it unbeaten like relegation battling West Ham. We were 1-0 down in the final until Cole Palmer openly admitted he decided to ignore his instructions. This competition is more of a stain on his accomplishments than an achievement. CWC is a celebration of a single game where he went against his playstyle and the opposition massively underrated us. Had he not been embarrassed by Flamengo in the early stages he would have been out the next round against Bayern like we saw in the CL this year. Funny that Maresca watched us play our best football against PSG then decided to go straight back to his boring football match week 1. Top 4 was AGAIN a matter of circumstance. We couldn't have been luckier than Liverpool won the league the week before playing us and took the end of the season off and Forest fell to pieces for the last 5 games. We finished top 4 because of others failures, not his management. The best thing these owners could have ever done was give Poch what he wanted for another season rather than saddle us with that bald idiot.

Owners are clearly hoping for another Pep(Barca) or Arteta. They fail to realise Pep is generational and Arteta had to spend 1 and a half billion on his own players and over half a decade and still can't win anything. Young players need ready made experience to help them grow, i don't get how the SD'd keep failing to realise this.

He was progressing well with his career but has been thrown to the slaughter by BlueCo and these coward players. Hopefully he can push on and carry on developing and this isn't the end of a promising career like Graham Potter.

I'm sure there was a stat flying about that the 2 PL players with the worst dribble success rate last season was Neto and Garnacho. So our directors saw this and rather than replacing the one we owned, signed the other one. Impeccable.
