The question remains - what to do about our striker situation? Both Belotti and Morata are unproven commodities to me with a huge price tag, but out of the two, I'd rather have a fighter like Belotti who Conte can make into a stud. Will it happen? I'm gonna say no for now just because of the sheer prices involved. I think we're gonna do some kind of small deal for a striker like Llorente, pairing him with Bats in a platoon situation. (Yawn)

He's definitely a fighter type. Can create his own space and doesn't give up on the ball too easily. Good header of the ball and clinical finishing. Would not mind him one bit. I do realize the media is drumming the beat in the wake of the Lukaku fiasco, but is there genuine interest on our part?

Same here. The stock of available quality strikers isn't exactly the best, and those that would be available are going for more money than Roms.

Lukaku is on another level compared to Cavani, Lacazette or even Morata. He's worth the money - in fact, reminds me of another striker we used to have around here. I believe his initials were DD. That worked out well for us, didn't it?
