He has been played out of position. You know my feelings. If he is played in his proper place, does well or struggles, I will be here. The mere fact that Chelsea doesn't have an adequate replacement at wingback and Pulisic gets shifted there, totally kills his attacking skills, taking guys, face up to goal one on one or splitting the defense like he did tonight. Telling him to play defense first and giving him the ball on the sideline isn't his strength. Period.

But he is the best left wing Chelsea has - by far. So, might want to play him there. Just sayin'.

Mendy was very poor last game. Pretty much every player for Chelsea this season has been inconsistent.

Lol. It's impossible not to love Chelsea. So many talented pieces to the puzzle. Love seeing a young player like Reece James grow into what I feel might be one of the best players in the world. Love Mendy. Dude is ridiculous. And Thiago Silva - guy is never out of position. Kante - nobody better. Nobody. And another absolute stud, and must re-sign, is Rudiger. I just wish I was sold on the offensive side of the ball had someone step up. I was as disappointed as anyone with CPs performance. Excited he was finally starting in his best spot - then he constantly loses the ball all half, and is left chasing the game. Frustrating.

Great point. And that is what makes this team so frustrating. Absolutely no consistency among the attacking players. We can't get any one of our attackers to put together two straight great games. So much damn talent but I feel our best offensive threat is Reece James. How weird is that?

True, but he had sh*t for support. RLC and Saul in midfield were god awful, and Havertz was motionless up top. Agree that CP did not play well, but his supporting cast was pure rubbish.

Have an opinion, just like you, based on what I saw. Alonso did nothing today, and is no threat to work onside the penalty box or take guys on on the outside one on one. CHO had two wide open players both times he tried to score himself. Made the wrong decision both times. And, again, Werner did absolutely nothing. Never saw a guy so hyped as a goal threat do absolutely nothing. And that volley that was a sitter that he missed by ten yards pretty much sums him up.

Pulisic over CHO. If so, Chelsea wins. He gives immediate offensive threat. Saw that today, even playing totally out of position at right wing. Did more in 20 minutes than Alonso did the entire game.

You guys know the London press better than I. I don't give a crap where he plays, as most Americans don't, as long as he gets minutes in the position that's best for him with a Champions League club. Love to see him stay in the EPL if he does leave. Doubt Chelsea would ever sell him to Liverpool though. Like to see him win a starting spot on a consistent basis here first.

Numerous London publications have Chelsea selling Pulisic in the transfer window. Liverpool wants him desperately, and will pay, but Chelsea won't make that move, which I find rather ironic. Barcelona next up it seems, but money might be an issue. Thoughts from Chelsea fans on this?
