Former RL coach Jack Gibson said, 'I want my players to do most of what I say but not all of what I say'. Surely the front players have a bit of licence to swap places.

Our solidity/defence fell off a cliff as far as I remember, did T Silva get injured? He wasn't the same after that. And then of course the situation in Donbass escalated, just to remind everyone a war has been going on there since 2014.

No, it's change to improve the sport.

To improve the sport as a TV spectacle.

Marc Cucurella
It'll help or suit females more, heading to score a goal is really silly, heading a ball in sport is silly. Smaller pitch with a couple less players will help how the sport comes across on TV. It's 2024, about time to change to the metric system. Too many contentious penalty decisions. Obviously meant 90 x 60 and 7.2m x 2.3m

Re. the laws of the sport, I'd ban heading, get rid of the penalty spot, go to 10-a-side, have a 90m v 60m pitch, reduce the goal slightly to 7.2m v 2.3m, 15m goalkeepers box, 5m box for a goal-kick, 10m centre-circle. Players 10m back for a free-kick. 1m line for corners.

It's possible, many things are possible. It's possible I could have a date with Kylie Minogue in the next couple of years.

Super Frank Lampard
1. Details on individuals, working on skills and what they need to do to help win matches. 2. Treating players as individuals, convincing the less important players that the better players can get away with things that they cannot. 3. Obviously having good game plans, along with good players, if Guardiola or Slot or Maresca were managing C Palace this season they still wouldn't be challenging for the title. Would Swansea be challenging for the Championship title if Maresca was the manager over here? Probably not. So good players are essential.

Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*
I was exaggerating slightly, however as long as you had a good work ethic, so the players could see you're giving 100% and half a brain regarding man management and being able to deal with the press/media, then you would be more or less there. Maresca has got that team spirit going in the side. It seems that Pochettino wasn't at the training centre as much as Maresca has been, though granted MP had good results with us at the end of last season. Just fingers crossed regarding injuries. There's a fair chance that the players are eating and drinking and resting better this season than they were last season, just my intuition, that obviously helps keep injuries at bay.

Carsley's England
You've got to play to your strengths. And the weather doesn't help when the World Cup and Euros are played. And they're gonna play loads of matches during the American WC in the afternoon aren't they? To "please" most Europeans, not me I want to add. Play them at night when they should be played.
