Myheartisblue got a reaction from Jangz in Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea! But this is a player who has said 'Sometimes I want to kill' (when he is on the pitch, outclassed, naturally). Why is he allowed to get away with that, when he is clearly a vicious animal - no ability to speak of, but loads of aggression?

Myheartisblue got a reaction from bisright1 in Should Graham Potter be sacked? (2nd poll)In a way I hope what you're saying is true. The problem, as some on here have already said, is that Boehly can't be trusted not to bring in Jesse Marsh or someone even more hopeless than GP. That, and the money it'll cost the club to get rid of him. We've already going to lose a shed-load (sorry!) not playing CL next season. Does Boehly even know what that would mean? For Chelsea FC, for f---'s s---? 'Soccer-ball? Sure, I know all about soccer-ball....'. He will get it when he sees the drop in revenue - all that matters to him. Surely no one really believes we haven't got some first-rate players in the squad right now (some dead wood and lousy performers notwithstanding)? But we stand to lose them at that moment. And for us supporters it's already hurting in very different ways. And what if we end up looking relegation in the face? Quite an achievement for the new owners, new manager, new everything - new 'culture', new 'long-term approach', fantasies about all-star leagues and feeder-clubs and all the rest. Sure we needed some of that long-term thinking, smarter loans thinking, academy-thinking (but look at the 1st-team players now who came through it, so it wasn't as bad as all that). And sure TT was looking (because he was told to, by a different owner remember) to success now and in the season to come. But where were we when he was sacked? 6th? Just a few games in? I know where I'd rather be today..... This was always going to happen the minute Boehly got his hands on the club and sacked TT, for an under-achieving mid-table 'man-manager', great at the consoling chat after losses apparently (wonder why he's so good at that?) A shoo-in for Southgate's job, maybe, but Chelsea? Pul-leese, as Boehly would say. Our players know what they're doing, just put them in the positions on the pitch where they do it best (something Potter has consistently refused to do, tnkering around with them instead) and let them go. I dread to think of how bad it's got to get before anything changes.

Myheartisblue got a reaction from RomansRoubles in Graham Potter (Now Sacked ) - *Official* New (Now Old) Chelsea ManagerThis is right. The players are lost and depressed. You can see in their faces that they know they cant win and won't. Their manager isn't letting them. Potter is way, way out of his depth. He is managing expectations not a football team qnd we'll find ourselves way out of contention for anything this season, possibly relegated next. I saw this coming when Boehly came in. The best he can do now is grovel to Tuchel, beg him to come back, and we can all pretend this bad dream never happened - like Liz Truss.

Myheartisblue got a reaction from ducavis in BlueCo buy Chelsea FCThough everything being said here has a lot of truth in it - both for and against Boehly, I think the real point is that Boehly has only done one thing in his life and there is only one thing he wants to do and that is make money. It so happens that he is involved in making it from sport. This is really, really bad news for CFC. Abramovich - like him or not- had made his money, loved football, loved the club, and loved seeing it succeed. He spent a lot of his own money and mad a net loss. Success will only matter to Boehly if he can make more out of it.

Myheartisblue reacted to bluehaze in BlueCo buy Chelsea FCLet's be brutally honest here if the Glazers had suggested this north vs south game it would be condemned on here for being a ridiculous idea well basically cause it is. Only Boehly is our chairman / owner people are actually giving it some thought. Comments like it's him thinking outside the box are just lazy cliches it's unworkable and god knows where you could fit it in especially this season an early start, the gap now because of the queen's death and then the World Cup.
Relegation play offs are terrible as well I've mentioned 1988 here already no football fan should go through that it was bloody torture and heartbreaking. Frankly Boehly deserves all the ridicule he gets if for example can't stand the bloke Alan Sugar bought a baseball team and in of his first major interviews started suggesting changes to the game he'd get the same treatment from the media and the fans Boehly is getting now.

Myheartisblue reacted to axman2526 in BlueCo buy Chelsea FCOur women's team will thankfully be getting upgrades to the facilities available to them. Long overdue given they are one of the best sides in the world:

Myheartisblue reacted to Vagabond in BlueCo buy Chelsea FCShould keep his mouth shut until he understands the game at least a little bit. Anything else will be perceived as arrogant and rightfully so. No reason for him to even think about changing the league before he gets CFC back on track again. When you let your manager spend big and sack him two weeks later it doesn't look very professional, especially since people might be afraid of telling him truths he doesn't want to hear now.

Myheartisblue reacted to Snedger in Season Expectations for the new managerI just noticed my previous post and I’ve already lost hope of that, unless I can learn to find comedic defending entertaining.

Myheartisblue reacted to Snedger in Season Expectations for the new managerThe more I think about it, I reckon Potter is either mad or just wanted the pay rise because he is flogging a dead horse with the squad he’s inherited. I’d be absolutely stunned if we finish top four. It’ll take him five years of transfer windows just to get a squad that can seriously challenge for a trophy. But he’ll be fired long before that.
This season, sixth is realistic, maybe fifth round of the FA Cup, out next round of League Cup and first knock out round of the UEFA cup.

Myheartisblue reacted to charierre in Season Expectations for the new managerOur form since beginning of Jan 2022 says 6th, no reason to believe at present we will improve other than relying on teams above us(in the form table) having a similar dip.
