  1. We storm the board room and occupy their seats.
  2. We've seen this before. We're taking shots from positions that dont lead to goals? Lamps said he had to coach it out of them, Poch said much the same. We're now back to pass for the sake of passing and shooting from areas less likely to score. cant think of the last goal that came from a ball through the defence striker running on etc.
  3. Funny, Jackson was scoring far more frequently with "chaos" ball than under Maresca's f**k knows what to call it ball. Honestly, get a manager who can build from the back and Jackson, et all, Neto, Palmer, Noni et all become leathal. No joke, Jacksons goals dried up when Maresca got his feet under the table, his goals dried up the same time as the teams did. We look toothless across the pitch and cannot score first. I think we need to lay off the players because theyre simply doing what theyre being told to do by Maresca. Under poch we scored quite a lot, under Maresca we dont score. I blame the manager not the players. He can be annoying but I enjoyed it when he does lose his head and goes a bit mental. At least he was scoring then.
  4. The "environment" starts by not going two goals down in the first half at home to a relegated side. The "environment" he talks is about instilling a winning mentality, to fight for every 50-50 and to go direct, or diagonal when the pass is available or through the lines quickly to tranistion from defence to attack. The environment want him gone now, pretty sure the players do as well. Someone put WD40 on the manager revolving door so it doesnt squeak when this man walks through it. From being in the title race to not qualifying for Europe. That's as spurs as you get... Theyll have a vacancy in the summer, get you agent to engineer a move there and go, go now.
  5. Business end of the season and he's chopping and changing the entire team. Ipswich are back to the championship, we struggle for goals aginas them and for a team that hasnt scored a headed goal in possibly months outside Enzo's, I have no idea who the wide men are crossing the ball for. Pretty sure when he leaves, we need a coach in who can also set up a defence and let the attacking players playand i bet they start to look like world beaters. Regardless of the league finish, Maresca needs to go. Without this sides Poch hangover where we balled our way to wins, we'd be relegation fodder. It is appalling that we didnt put Ipswich away today. No excuses, the tactics are not working. And Newcastle just leapfrogged us. Theyve hardly dropped a penny compared to us. Villa are running red hot form too. no way we finish top five unless theres some sort of explosion among the teams above us.
  6. To be honest, perhaps Maresca is getting it right with him? I would have him in the squad next season as a back up, keep bringing him on as he's being used currently see how he pushes on. No issues with that and would like to see him give it a go. Not so sure about the claims for putting him up top... But more than happy with him so far, wasnt bad of him to be following up on Reece James' shot the other night. Goal made in cobham... :-) to me, he looks the sort of player you keep about and build his confidence that way. Who knows but happy for him and his goal. Good stuff.
  7. Help me out here, What are you exactly expecting from a youth team player making the step up to senior football and has played a combined total of 84 premiership minutes? incidentally has an assist to his name. Neto, five more goal contributions 1650 mins, Sample B 145 mins zero assists or goals, sancho 6 more goal contributions from 1500 mins havent really set the bridge alight with displays this season and Noni, jury is out on him from me but does stuff on the pitch. If george was brazilian we'd have singed him for next season at 45 million and people would be watching his youtube highlights salivating. :-) Guys proper Chels as folk say around here. With us since 8 give the guy a chance.
  8. Untested really here in UK... We could boost capcity in the stadium with safe standing... The ticket tout who owns us could sell more overpriced tickets standing with "real" fans and they have it in Germany and other places... "Not for each and every culture though"... it certainly can happen, I presume you mean corporate bastardised Yankland... home of the school shooters and insider trading with cartel cash... you continue to do you and project that onto us. No worries. ;-)
  9. Was more looking at a possible way out of our owner nightmare tbh... far better than the asset strippers we have.
  10. Right... See ownership of football clubs in Germany. Thank you. Borussia DortmundThe Bundesliga's 50+1 ownership ruleOwnership in the Bundesliga is rather unique. The 50+1 rule ensures all clubs are fan-owned. How does it work? Is it truly working?.
  11. Theyre not spending their money mate... Rather Cobahm grads in our first team than kids from leagues at a lower standard than the leagues our cobham lads play in.
  12. Never heard of him before we signed him for 50 million... if he's worth that then what is George worth to the board? will probably be sold to pay for the new arrival next season to balance the books unless they sell the east stand to themselves...
  13. Sorry youve brought Roman into this again, I was referring to the time before Roman... you may have missed it but we were in European football competition and beating teams all over europe like the side we played last night. I fondly remember listening to the radio commentarys back then, pre Roman. My point was we put away sides like that routinely playing our best sides. FYI: Any club playing in a cup competition aims to win it, step by step for me is who we face in the next round should we progress.... anyhow you do you and support and see things how you like but can you stop dropping Roman in to all your arguments about a football club being run in exactly the same manner as it has been at various stages in its life. football is cyclical, some of us have seen this before. Cheers.
  14. Makes you wonder why we dropped 50 million on Quenda when George is coming through. Well done on a quietly impressive breakthrough season.
  15. Hate to point it out as some view last nights result against a minnow club as progress... it is but we'd do well to remember the time when we were in the Cup winners cup before that too with some fans on here in the cups other iterations, so before someone prefaces it with we're not romans club anymore, we used to smash teams like the ones we did last night. Brugge et all have all been smashed and dumped out of european cup competitions by Chelsea. We also used to do this with the best team we could pick. It wasnt part of a super plan, but the plan was to get as far as we could in a cup competition. We are also favourites to win this whatever cup.... West Ham won this one under David Moyes so anything but a final appearance and win is unacceptable. Well done all for last night.
  16. I think we probably need to stop making excuse three years into our new ownership. Again, you're bringing Roman into this.... Roman sold a club that was top four, its one of the reasons it was bought by clearlake. It was competing in all competitions and generating significant money. Im amazed that you think the new owners dont want Champions League football. A little bewildered you think we fans shoulldnt be demanding top four... I understand the transitional argument you make but before Roman came we were a top four club were we not? It's what made him choose us over the sh*tty other north london w**kers... CL footy would certainly help with meeting the financial side of our new owners ambitions. Would help us retain top players like palmer (who is a world class player who ambition requires CL football) and sign better youngsters. Im also a little taken back that you cant see the current league we're competing in and say we should be top four because it is woeful this year. city have fallen off a cliff and will probably finish above us, but In under 18 months, Nottingham forrest have gone from club deducted points in an absolute relegation scrap, to top four under a manager who by all accounts failed at spurs with a budget a fraction of our 1.5 billion quid outlay, also worth pointing out Poch finished regualrly top four, in part thanks to free scoring Son and Kane. Newcastle are scoring goals (little hint - goals help you win football matches) and Villa will push on to cement their place in CL football next season. Interestingly, we're not scoring, players are not taking their chances. This is seasons three of the transition, i forget how manay managers we are into the new rebuild, and bar a 12 month window between Xmas' six months with poch and six months with Maresca, we now back to not scoring, a problem Lampard identified during his second stint that he tried to rectify. Now, I really want the name of your sunglasses manufacturer please or I should warn you staring at the sun can lead to loss of vision.
  17. posted a lnk on here about a month ago that said sixth i believe. Either way, from 17th to 3rd Nottingham have shown how it could have been done this year.
  18. Form wise and the super computers at opta say we're finishing 6th and I have no reason to doubt them.
  19. When has buying young players up to 10/15 million, under both Roman and bates, ever gone on to be a sound business. I'll let you go through this list... Plesase note we're now signing players for future years at extortionate amounts. Chelsea FC - All transfers | Tra...Chelsea FC - All transfersPlease let me know what sunglasses you wear? I need them to keep staring at the sun and seeing the bright side in everything.
  20. Im now of the opinion, Noni sulking is because of Marescas tactics. I think our players being out of form are down to Marescas tactics. This lad and others will all show promise when Maresca is no longer in charge.
  21. Funnily enough... if you hadn't seen it... BBC Sport'BlueCo out' - Strasbourg fans protest against Chelsea's...French Ligue 1 side Strasbourg endures fan tension over the perceived 'betrayal' of the club's sale to Chelsea owners BlueCo.
  22. This is an abusrud take... and sadly in keeping with many of your posts. Its just blind to the realities of where the club currently is under the current manager. I don't care about the plan, I didnt under Roman, I didn't under Bates either. they sold success to achieve it whether we got it or not. I remember the FA cups like it was the champions league and the joy of them and seeing lebeouf and wise et all on the bus parade... great days. If it werent for Roman the Eurobond loan would have wound us up as a club, the british government tried to wind us up forcing Roman out and rest assured the yank twat financiers in charge putting profit above all else are trying to extract every penny of revenue out the club. It is what they do. These owners are tryingf to find a way to sell the ground and move us elsewhere, they bought the club for the property value, not the club.. That is my honest belief, i'll never trust them. Ever. Honestly, the Yank model isnt so different to Romans. He invested in Cobham, youth teams and sold them to fund player purchases, he also created the loan army that also funded the first team when players didnt settle or were deemed not good enough. The Yanks put the club in debt. 1.5 billion to be precise. We have a lot of supposedly very gifted youngsters and I dont doubt the talent, most young players now all have very similiar skillsets, its how they develop physically and how they play. Like many on here, Im seeing regression under Maresca. For all Poch's faults, he had us playing a football that was more entertaining. Painful loses but very enjoyable results too. If Maresca is here next season, I wont be because there is nothing entertaining about watching his style of football. It is frankly... sh*t... If im paying 100+ for 90 mins, I want genuine entertainment but i reckon I'll get more enjoyment going to a funeral home and watching workers emablm bodies and I probably wont have to pay for it. For example, anyone who keeps picking Sanchez at this point is either mentally ill or under influence. Palmer has gone from genuinely world class carefree attacker into a guy who looks like he is carrying the entire club and not enjoying himself, I dont expect him to be hear next season and we'll see him agitate for a move away. Maresca has genuinely very decent players at his disposal yet his system renders them useless. Maresca's tactics are attrocious. literally the worst football the bridge has seen in decades. I hope he is reading this forum and does us all a favour and leaves in the summer accepting his tactics are already out of date or comits hari kari on the stamford bridge pitch next home game. Ive been told he's a lovely family man, so alternative to harm, I wish him a long happy life being around them 24/7 and not near this squad most of the week. Back the owners, the process or model or whatever it is that you're still clinging too becuase we are simply where we are in the league because it is so poor this year. Liverpool are where they are becasue of Salah and Klopps team, City have fallen off a cliff and Fulham are on our coat tails. From 2nd at xmas to struggling to maintain top four. Jose will be available in the summer, a winner... a man who still entertains and would get this lot into shape. I'd have him back in a heartbeat right now and his tactics are old and tired but nothing as rubbish as Maresca. Stop underpinning your entire defense of the current twats in charge on framing us as Roman fan boys, he's gone, never coming back, but it doesnt mean the new ones and what theyre promising is any different from the past owners. SSDD... Thank youl.
  23. If every player has a price, every player is sellable. go chew through some mince, hope you're not as thick as it.
  24. just because you use a wet sock nightly to express your feelings about them doesnt mean theyre not sellable. Every play has a price.
  25. So, not only taking nearly half a million per week out of the club, he's also pushing fans out of the club with his ticket touting agency. No wonder he doesnt want high earners about. greedy fat yanktard. Just have to make sure he doesnt place his fat arse in a stamford bridge seat and jeer him and his family out the ground every home game.
